this is a real screamer!! one of those ones where it seems like you can crush it, but you end up screaming out loud instead. patience shredders!!!! excellent job covering.
This is probably my favorite tutorial channel now I love this angle. Only thing they can make it better is if you slowed it down to actually teach it not just playing it with tabs so I don't have to pause so much, but I'm definitely subscribing thanks man🤟🏻
Thanks for watching and thanks for the feedback mate! You can try using the speed adjustment control in the settings of the video to reduce speed - let me know how you get on, I'll consider including slowed down versions actually in the videos if not!
Wow, that was awesome! I like how you make the tabs scroll now, before they get to the end, so that you can be ready for the next section before it starts. Not that I am that far into learning that I could keep up with any of this. :)
Learn to Alternate & sweep pick the shit out of everything you play and after a while it’ll come as natural as breathing, it’s crazy after 30 years of playing I just started picking up this style of picking and over the last 5 months I’m doing it like him effortlessly…. Perfect Practice makes perfect, Slow is smooth, Smooth is fast, speed comes with time, I promise 👊🙂
I've only been playing for 4 years but my god how the hell do you remember all those notes and when they change?! So fast, so many. my memory is terrible, awesome work!!!!!!
not about memory, well actually yes but not that you know which notes you are playing. Its like walking, once you can do it you dont think about it anyore. Once you learned how to play a song/solo you dont have to think about the notes that much. You more likely remember the first note and how it looks and boom. If something sounds wrong you think again and then you have it. Once you are over that point nothing can stop ya! Keep rocking man!
learn it slow. it will not sound that amazing but repeat as many times as it takes until you can increase the tempo. even if it's a thousand times. I know it's not easy, but this was the work of one of the best guitarists of all times. of course it's not easy.
It's not that hard. I decided to learn how this song is played 9 months ago. It's pretty simple. After learning and trying it for the first time, I decided to sell my guitar😂
@@SightlineGuitar Awesome!! I'll keep an eye on the channel. I think Game over or G would be really cool. G gives me mad Frank Zappa Zombie Woof vibes and I love it. Lol.
Out of curiosity, how did you discover/learn that the tuning was drop C#? It's obvious that the song wasn't in standard tuning but finding a different tuning alone is difficult by ear.
It’s very easy actually. A simple way, particularly in rock/metal (because open power chords are frequently used) is to just listen out for the lowest power chord. In this example, the song’s lowest power chord is a low C# then the song could be either Drop C# or C# Standard, but when you take context into account it’s definitely Drop C# because this genre often likes to leverage the low string for palm muted riffs etc
*Tuning: Drop C#!*
THANK YOU , I LOVE THE WAY HOW YOU PLAY , AND HOW THE VIDEO WAS CREATED LIKE IF IT IS ME PLAYING FROM MY SIGHT OBVIOUSLY
This song is practically a variant of Thunderstruck by AC/DC
Bro i played it for months in half step down bro im dying☠️☠️☠️💀💀💀💀💀☠️☠️☠️💀
I remember learning the intro to this by ear when it came out, pissed off all my friends.

Except Avenged Sevenfold is better than AC/DC

@@QuantumBojanglement Legend thank you! 🙏
I've been learning to play this song and i can't stop thinking it's gotta be Thunderstruck influenced 😁
better than thunderstruck
You are the fucking god of the guitar
well, it is decided what song i'll try to play and go batshit crazy when fail. perfect cover tho!!
Hahaha take you time, be patient, you'll get there! 🤘
@SightlineGuitar is a riff like this tricky for more experienced players to pick up at first aswell?
Super helpful thanks man
Bro it's amazing. I really wanna play it so clean and in original speed, but it's so hard for me right now...
Don’t worry man you’ll get it ✊✊
Yeah you’ve got this!
Great job dude!
Thanks mate! 🙏🤘🙏
U legit helped me learn the solo just now thank you lol
🙏🙏🙏 make sure you sub!
this cover is perfect!
Thank you I appreciate it! 🤘
bro i dont understand how somebody can play a guitar this fast
🙏🙏🙏
Look up the tornado of souls solo. If this is too fast you should be good. Easy tempo
The key is learning economy picking supposedly

Dammmmm bro 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🎤🎤🎤🎤🎤
started off playing it at 75% on june 1st 2024. its june 11th im on 95%
solo needs work
My fingers physically cannot move at the speed necessary for that solo. No idea how to get that
Try to learn solo with low speed by metronome, than higher it up for a bit
learn it slow. it will not sound that amazing but repeat as many times as it takes until you can increase the tempo. even if it's a thousand times. I know it's not easy, but this was the work of one of the best guitarists of all times. of course it's not easy.

i dont play guitar but felt the need to look this up and see someone play it. That was great. What's the difficulty of this song on a scale of 1/10?
8/10

Awesome brother. I tried learning this a while back but the intro just didn't sound right to me with me playing it. LMFAO. Great work!!
The intro is very deceptive - I very much agree... It took me quite a while to get it down myself 😂
@@SightlineGuitar Glad it's not just me. .......thanks man. Are you planning on doing any full songs off the new record??

What distortion pedal do you use??

That pinch harmonic at 3:47 😩
Its not a pinch harmonic. It is a tapped harmonic.
Can you please upload the rythm guitar as well.
Masterful! Thank you! Now, if I can play the song in under 30 minutes...lol.

Is there a pull off in the intro riff? Im picking it all and finding it really hard to play it at record speed.
yes, that’s what the little curved bar over 14-0 is
En el intro como se hace 15p0, 14p0 Exactamente?
What guitar are you using? I just bought an Ibanez Series S and I’m already looking for another lol

Офигеть,это круто🤟👍
Я использовал искусственную гармонику на втором ладу, чтобы взять ноту - для этого я использовал Google Translate, надеюсь, это имеет смысл! 🤘
ive seen a couple million different ways to play the intro ive decided i shall never learn it however the studio version does it 😞
No wonder my tune is not compatible with the sound , it turns out using drop C#
I don’t play guitar but that riff looks a lot easier than it sounds
Oh my freind it is definitely not easy
I can confirm it’s very deceptive, took me a while to get down properly
@@SightlineGuitar interesting. As a new bassist I’m fascinated by watching guitar tab videos.
