The Group Behind Carbone Is Taking Chicken Parm to the Food Hall
The hospitality group behind Carbone Italian Restaurant is opening a location of its wildly popular Italian restaurant right next door. Michelin-starred chefs Mario Carbone and Rich Torrisi - and their Major Food Group - are launching their fast-casual Italian-American mini-chain, Parm Italian, inside the Proper Eats Food Hall at the Aria.

I’ve eaten @ Proper Eats many times go to Vega$ 5x a year. I will never ever again eat there again. The music is always blasting and you can’t enjoy a meal or have a conversation with the party you’re with. I let the snarky manager on duty when I was there and owner Jim know of this.
My conversation went on deaf ears (probably from the volume of music).
Maybe they should convert it into a dance music food hall. Several employees there also told me many people complain about the volume. Matthew it has nothing to do with you but wanted to leave a comment. You’re top notch along with your vids. Aria is an awesome hotel/resort the Proper Eats needs a management shakeup and a revaluation of how this place operates. For me and many people with me will never step foot in the Proper Eats again. Its’s also never really busy which tells something.
Tons of places to eat in Vega$, this place NO WAY!!

The 2 times I went, I felt like cold sandwiches so I got the Italian first and it was amazing, next time I got the turkey! I'm usually a plain mayo and turkey guy but that spicy sauce took it up a level! They were both delicious! The cannolis do have a lemony flavor and you get 2 for $7 so they're really reasonable!
The garlic knots from downstairs at Moneyline Pizza looked better than the ones at PARM, but it's not something I typically order anyway!
Part of the value at Proper Eats is the $8 soda, you can get as many refills as you want from the Coke Freestyle machines. I usually get Mello Yello Peach, but they have tons of other combinations! Another great video Matthew!

You didnt mention the sammiches as faves..other than the heavy parm & meatball... ngl..those other sub style sammies looked yumm..especially with that toasted sesame bread.
Chicken parm is my favorite! Where i live there are not any good italian restaurants. Gave up trying to find a place and taught myself how to make it. Definitely have to try here next time in Vegas. Whats the best non pretentious italian restaurant in Vegas?

$18.00 is ridiculous for those sandwiches. Go to EOS and get the same sandwiches for half that price.

nope this is very normal- that is the going rate on the strip now

When Americans/Canadians come to Europe and get one or two slices of meat on their sandwich they must be so disappointment. I always feel they overkill it with the amount they put on the US sandwiches.
I swear that is not burrata!!!! Places keep putting out some kind of cheese that they say is burrata, and it is stringy and chewy! Not burrata!! 🫤
The pasta was awful. I got it when I was there thinking it was supposed to be similar to Carbones since it’s the same chef or cook or whatever but no!
