how think it can cut? dry and thick stem is it possible to cut?
I have used SunJoe for years and always liked them but the latest one just like this fell apart in my hand- the back fell off while I was using it and I can't get it back together. And also have another one with a fully charged telescoping pole that won't turn on.
I love mine and then it started slipping I bought another one and this one just intermittently stops for no reason then it starts again and cuts for 2 seconds and it stops... Wonderful when they work 😕 That's two that haven't made it through one season...

Mine is a month old and now it won’t charge. The red light doesn’t come on when I plug it in, only the green light comes on.
It used to work great but suddenly stopped working.. but charging fully.. any suggestions please?
I had the same issue last year and forgot about it. I just took off the short blade and found that one of the teeth on the movable blade was bent preventing the entire piece to move. Once I moved it back it was working as it should.
