For the aplication used in the video, is that a PNP or NPN sensor?
If the relay is conected in circuit as a load result is a PNP sensor.

Do I need one of these? I don't know, whats it doing. You might sell more if there was a reason behind this video.
So let's say you want a gas heater to turn off if say a Jet Airplane Hanger door(s) open. Which are huge normally so that when the door is open the Gas heaters are not running and wasting heat. Once the laser beam is triggered, tripped or blocked. A relay would open the 120v power and turn off the Gas heaters and close a gas valve. Cause and effect! If one thing happens it changes or causes something else to happen.
