On The Hillside (Original) - Francie Krienitz

This past week, I had the honor of using my jeep to help escort a local fallen marine's funeral. Standing there at the veteran's cemetery was enough to put chills up your spine, let alone looking at the dozens of people that turned up to help support this young man. I am an empath, and being around something like this effected me greatly. So, I took these emotions and put them to pen and paper, and wrote this tune for all the soldiers and first responders who are taken from us too soon. My apologies for the super raw recording, but I wanted to get this out there.
