I was led by Spirit to this meditation for today. It is my daughter's birthday. December 28, 2024. Rebekah Grace Rose Barsotti. This is her 37th birthday, the 4th apart from us here on earth. I miss her greatly but am thankful for the opportunity to learn we are more than the physical form.
Suzanne, this would have been a wonderful meditation, except, I live in an apartment, and be known to me, painters showed up this morning at my door step and proceeded to paint my lobby, they even painted my front door, with out any permission from me. And as I tried to breathe, I felt nauseous from the fumes, I opened all my windows trying to let fresh air in. But could only smell the toxic smell of what ever they used to paint my lobby. I'm trying to listen to your beautiful words, and thank you. Soooooo much love and gratitude!!!
What a absolute beautiful meditation to wake up to here in cold England, I was so cold on awakening I put this meditation on & only a few minutes in all my chest & abdominal area is so warm. Divine timing as always Thank you Suzanne this was beautiful & a keeper to do daily. Much Love Light & Gratitude ti you🙏🏻✨💝

About 2 hours ago, a tiny, vivid colour picture of Suzanne flashed into my mind, along with an electric blue and white dot of light. I ignored it, as I was working on some legal documents that were wreaking havoc with my cortisol levels. Lo and behold, I hop on the internet, and get a meditation. Thank you Suzanne and Saniya, you help keep me buoyant.
Stunningly beautiful! Swept me away to where I needed to go. As someone commented earlier, it is a shame UA-cam put an ad right in the middle of it. I wasn’t near my phone, using earbuds, and it was one of those that goes on for a long time.
I hadn't done this meditation in some time and it popped up today during a thunder and lightening storm - "I am the Light" and boom went the thunder....Wolf you are amazing....thank you Suzanne.
I had Reiki yesterday and was driving home thinking I wish Suzanne had a longer meditation to do and low and behold this is on my time line this morning 🙏🙏🙏 Thank you Suzanne 🙏
