UA-cam controls the ads not the channel, they don’t have control over whether there’ll be an ad or not. For example, I did not get an ad, so it just comes down to luck.

I shared the feeling with everyone in the world and the abundance experienced I shared it with everyone. The world has made resources scarce to control. I gave back everything to everyone. This may be the first Dispenza meditation I was able to listen to in its entirety because he has changed the tone of voice he uses and it is much more appealing to me - thank you!. I also first went to the ad at 9:47 and then slid back to start the meditation, and the ad did not come up. I this this is really a good one to listen to daily!

I believe what Joe says but the methods I've heard are not only ineffective but counter productive. This one really got through. Thank you so much for the soft Joe voice on this one. I wanted to shout yea.i was discussing with my son yesterday how much I wish for one just like this. much better.

I’ve been trying to understand how this works. I watched a video 58 min long and had 1 ad interruption. Than I watched it again later and it was interrupted with ads literally every 3 minutes. Crazy!
It would be great to have an intro at the beginning of meditations so that we can "get comfortable" and "ready", so not to get frustrated in hurrying into place before we actually "settle in" to partake of the experience.
Putting an ad in the middle of a meditation was awful. It broke the amazing feeling I was experiencing! I then couldn't get back to it because I was upset about the ad.
