Good luck at SMOE this weekend bud! I've bought a livestream sub so looking forward to it! 😃
Thor's squat, stone and DL is he's main thing now.
Pressing isn't there at all but it's understandable cause that injury year ago... but he will get there, just patient training so that wont get hurt again by going too much too fast.
This will give interesting twist at SMOE.
Thanks for great video, all looking good, let's go! 💪🏻😎
Honestly I feel like If thor had his pressing power like back in the old days there would be no contest for 1st place. Let's remember that he was also an elite presser
@eladrio2311 people actually forget how good of a presser he was. He was consistently top 3 at pressing in any contest he went to and had elite numbers in every pressing event.
But why is the log this bad? remember he did clear the axel at the arnold (182kg/400 lbs), but now he's struggling with a 160kg log for some reason?
@@SZ-wb1qb Not an expert but I think there's a difference between lifting a log and an axle, maybe he has to rely more on his chest(pecs) to lift the log. I could be completely wrong tho
@@eladrio2311 I read some of the other comments, apparently his log in training two months ago was also much better than this, and he got the 175 log at arnold uk. I'm inclined to think that this is just a bad session for him somehow, but as hoath said this is two weeks out and it does not look good, either way we'll find out soon enough this weekend.
Great work, looking good for SMOE, thanks for posting.
Great editing and music!
Yeah! That editing is kino. Absolute cinema!
Best of luck at SMOE
Awesome work brother keep it up 👊🏼💪🏼
Loved this!!!! Such a fun looking session!!!!
💪🙂🎉
Holy shit you threw the 161 axle up like it was nothing!
😁👍
Please don't dub music over the top, it's so frustrating.
Thor shouldn't have stopped lifting completely. His pressing is regressing
Nah mofo he still got strength to press extraordinary weights once he start training like that again
Uhhhhhh a major pec tear tends to do that
@@ZenithAngel This is purely because of the pec tear. He's already back to peak strength & beyond on other lifts
Well I know someone that doesn't follow strongman or you'd know why
Man Thor's log freaking sucks 😢
He didn't look any better earlier in the year, but still hit a 175kg log at arnold uk. He peaks well for comp day 💪
Honesty I am shocked Thor was struggling with 161kg last week when this video was filmed. At end of May he already pressed 162kg comfortably. He didn't release any pressing videos since but I thought he would at least have 180 by now. Anyway I still trust he can bounce back strong. His axle is looking much better.
His pec tear was only a year ago, so it’s honestly impressive that he’s not 0ing pressing events
@@cisrael468 Yeah but he pressed a 172kg log pretty comfortably about 2 months ago. He's gone backwards somehow
@@MrRm747 Yeah and he pressed 172kg on Twitch a couple of weeks after that 162. Somehow he's gone backwards. Not sure what's going on
