It’s not about misgendering anyone, it’s about the facts of biological sex and the physical aspects that come with it.
Elizabeth’s gender is her personal identity but that personal identity does not nullify the fact that she is a biological male with the physical strength of a biological male. She knows she is a biological male no matter what she personally identifies as, therefore she needs to refrain from laying hands and feet on people in general... but most assuredly people who are not a fair opponent, in this case, biological females.
