Once a Beatle, you never quit being a Beatle. Great performance.
Charlie Bowman I’m pretty sure he quit being a Beatle once.
Pete said it Best.
@@bcask61 "Beatle" means "person who was a member of The Beatles and will forever be associated with The Beatles".
I'm grateful for every day that Paul is still with us and able to sing these songs.
Allthisisthat absolutely
Their catalog is incredible! Tons of songs that weren’t singles but are great songs!
Me too. I still can't believe half of the Beatles are dead. I was 21 the night John was shot.
Don't say that! ;-) Paul survives us all. He still sings at a hundred!!
Definitely me as well. We are blessed that he's alive, well and rockin'. He's quite old and should be treasured now more than ever.
I hear a lot of people saying the older musicians should hang up on touring due to their voices not sounding great anymore.some of that may be true but when it involves a real life Beatle especially Sir Paul McCartney, your not listening to just an older gentleman, you’re actually witnessing history in the making.it doesn’t matter how he sing it,he’s an actual Beatle.I would love to meet this man and shake his hand and have a minute in his life. Thanks Paul.
If back in 1964, I had known McCartney was one of our family names, I would have been doing back flips up and down the sidewalk.
My aunt met him a decade ago! she was a hotel employee in the hotel he stayed in
Agree!
Can’t believe he was 70 and sounded that good. Crazy.
He was 75 in 2012. He Is 5 years older than Paul.
@@Wayne_Schlagel he is Paul, you conspirancy swallower
@@beatlemaniacwaltdisneyfan4753 Shut up Sheep he told you 1000 Times he Is not Paul.
@@Wayne_Schlagel no
@@Wayne_Schlagel you're an idiot he sadly finally lost his voice like last year with 77/78
if he was 5 years older he would've still sounded great with 82
considering he never lowered the keys of his songs this would just be impossible
It’s impossible for me to say how much I love that man, his powerful energy, and the music he’s gifted us with for decades.
No other group could play their old hits in such brilliance! Thank you very much Paul McCartney! in a special kind you are the Beatles!
The Beatles wrote so many great songs sometimes you forget one until you hear it
This number is a standout from their earlier catalog- along with Another Girl.
SIr Paul, a world treasure
Great to hear this HELP! tune after all these years. I've seen Sir Paul live 3 times; well deserving of the title of "legend."
There NO ONE in the same universe as the Beatles
I totally agree!!!!
third!
4th
Brian Wilson obviously
pokeMint, Brian had a fleeting moment in comparison to their catalogue s
Rusty Anderson and Brian May are such great musicians.
And in the original (1965) key, too!
Ringo 2018 most songs much lower in key. He could do better if he cared.
@@1964rocks Ha! Exactly. Most of his songs are played much lower. Songs in E played in C!!!! 'Boys' in C. WTF?!!
'It Don't Come Easy' played in C!!! And you just know he could do it because his voice hasn't changed much. He probably thinks, "Long tour...Ah, sod it!" 'With a Little Help' was about the only song in the original key when I saw him in 2013. Great concert, though.
@@darrenjray "Boys" he lowered 2 steps, huh? Wow. "It Don't Come Easy"...it DID...not a hard song to sing and no excuse for RIngo to drop it a step. His songs do not tax the voice. I wonder what he's doing "Photograph" in (it's in E...and easy key to sing in...)
@@1060michaelg He did 'Photograph' in D.
@@1060michaelg And I just checked my review. 'It Don't Come Easy'? Bb!! 'Act Naturally' in C. 'Don't Pass My By' in Ab (original in C). 'Honey Don't' in C.
God bless him.
Performed in exactly the same key as in 1965. Brave Man !!!! Legend !!!!!
Can’t get enough of this band . Brilliant
One of my favorite songs that finally got to hear Paul sing it live. It's so different when you're actually at the concert. The sound of the instruments, especially the drums just go through your body while most people are just starring up at Paul in a way that seems like they have a connection with him and truly admire his life. I've noticed this 5 times in the last 2 decades at paid concerts of over 25000 people and at one with approximately 300000 people. 300000 people in a city of 600000 people. Nothing stops them from coming to truly see a guy that started the doors to open to North America for many other British bands to follow or even ride the Beatles through the gates to the U.S and the world. Yet he still has the drive to play like live and sing his iconic songs that will only get more popular and cement these amazing Ballads for decades past and to come. The day McCartney is not with us will be a very sad day. But he's left 10 lifetimes of songs that people will never forget and songs that alot of people will discover for the first time and say wow I never heard this one but it's better than done of his best.
ONE of my fav all time songs......
So blessed to be on this planet at the same time as this musical genius.
Paul, at 70, wow, great performance !!! He sounded amazing.
Wow love this song and Paul sang it great ❤👍
From one *McCartney to another, outstanding!
*Northern Ireland
this is a tough song. at 70 he is still great. what a great life.....good health, tons of money and makes people happy by writing and singing songs that have influenced the world. thanks paul. i wish john and george were still here. paul is a great singer !
greg romero
I saw Ringo Starr in concert in early September, and he’s amazing as well! Ringo is very energetic for 78!! That dude still can rock!
Rock on, Paul!
@@millardfillmore3961 playing the drums keeps him in shape
This one has always been a favourite of mine.
That was amazingly awesome!! To see him was a huge bucket list for me that got checked off.. Great song Paulie
And those backing vocals!
But no one like John and George!
Yo mismo , yes, you are right. That is unbeatable. Now I need to play my "Help!" album.
Paul McCartney is a world treasure.
I cant say Im a Beatles fan but damn this is very impressive, he looks great and sounds great. Rock on Paul
How can’t you be a Beatles fan? They rock!
Only that John who repeats the words, The Night Before isn't with Paul anymore.
@Michael Pezzullo Agree.
@stonesdurtysox Maybe a One Direction Fan.
Live long Paul, and prosper....
Singing and performing is his life... he declared in Madrid "Retire? a good idea ... but the future is tonight. Asking when I will retire is like wondering how long I will breathe ... I will breathe while I breathe, I will live as long as I live" (November, 2, 1989)
as Bob Hope said in his 90s hen asked when he would retire;;;Hope said "retire to do what? i LUV doing THIS"
Makes me miss John and George even more. May Paul and Ringo stay with us for at least another 20 years. Their simple existence reminds us of how important to humankind the Beatles were.
That voice, that song, that look! It's Paul frigging McCartney people! Outstanding performance!!
Still going strong
Have admired and loved everything about him all my life
Paul , you make me feel so good. 😍
So many great songs the Beatles never played live back then. This is one of them.
Love it.
Thanks to Paul for all these years keeping it going
That was excellent Paul sounds So good in that performance And that is such a great band
A flash back for the people who were fortunate enough to experience Beatlemania !
geeze I think he sounds pretty damn good for being 70 Y/O
Can you imagine all four performing in their 1964 gear doing all their hits man what a concert that would be at Albert Hall
Nostalgic! That beatles head move of Macca😊
Macca still sounds and looks good
💗Here in WNC this April 24 , it is a Rainy ,cold day so watching all Beatle videos to feel the love
I miss John.....this is great
A relatively obscure Beatles song, but still better than 99% of popular music from the last...70 years or so!
Amazing!
My little angel. I love u so much... Paul forever 💕💕💕
Would be Historic if Ringo toured with Paul just one time!✌️
Well done Paul , sadly, George and John are not doing the back up vocals .
Or Ringo doing the drumming, even though he's still alive.
I got chills amd blistas on me fingers
I love this song so much, it's remarkable and it lifts me right up! 😊
The one, true Music Man.
That is a HARD key! Well done sir Paul
Great..!!!
Paul is lovely.
Magical Mystery .... Paul ❤️
The quirky, curt guitar solo from this song deserves it's own cult: we are not worthy
💖
We treasure that we still have Paul McCartney a living legend
My first childhood crush❤❤
Awesome.
Beatles are immortal, Paul is great.
You betta sing that song Paul! ❤
Classic! Beatles’ song will still have the punch 🤜. It only takes one ☝️ time to hear and instantly like it.
nice outfit, nice song
Yeah. It's a suit.
What a style , so beatlelesque
Great, I wish he does "honey pie" live , John hated it but I don't care, I love it
@Greg Hubbard honey pie?? Is a great song.. maybe you're talking about Wild Honey Pie which is a short song without lyrics
He was 69 years old during this performance and still a shouter.
man...his voice is so good
Paul still sounds unbelievable ...thank you for uploading this !!
Wow - sounds so good Live!! Thank you !!
Amazing Band! 👍🥰
Always love this song.
This song is a rock number like "i'm down," but thanks to this video, it has a cool breeze to it.
fantastic
I love The Beatles.
ドライブのBGMに最高!!
Uno de mis temas favoritos de The Beatles. Paul es de otro planeta.
I love you Paul forever 🙏
excellent video (again!). Thanks.
Paul😍
One of their greatest hits. Sounds good
Love this song !!!
Incredible!!!
great song and also I am down
Paul .. ineguagliabile e leggenda immortale ... lunga vita.
My fav Beatles song. Tough one to sing in parts and all. 70yr old McCartney does a good job. Don't know why he doesn't tune down half a step tho. Be alot easier for sure!
Great Sound!
I saw them a about a year ago. I would have liked to have gone both nights. Once, just to watch the drummer. He is a great performer...really fun to watch.
Sounds great live too!!
One of the unheralded, great Macca tunes.
SUPER
If The Beatles had all those amps and speakers when they were touring they might have been able to hear themselves playing above all the screaming. Great song.
Fun song, glad he did this one live.
Great!
Hey MACCA
Rock On
GrandDude
♥️♥️♥️🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🎸🎸🎸
so cool
apparently wearing Beatles boots
some kind of leather-lookalike vegan material, I expect. Much easier to find these days!
Winklepickers.
But..... Of course.
Good eye Bella !! 👁
