The key to mostly control your ticklish reaction is _anticipating_ the touch. I had a partner that loved to tickle me and I learned once they started to _expect_ to be touched where they were trying to tickle me

mondragon plz could you explain more in terms of what knots are and how you see them iv watched so many of your videos and yet i still don't fully understand im soz for this but im just so god dame interested also any advice for some with everyday left knee pain and i suffer from cluster headaches but in uk docs don't know that much about them so wonder if there is anything i can do myself to help myself. plz keep up this awesome work and content you provide because i find it so interesting as enjoyable to watch

I have a question..... can a chiro help people with ankylosing spondylitis? I not only had a fractured spine that fused together wrong, but i also have spinal arthritis (ankylosing spondylitis) and im to a point where i feel like i cant sit or stand without hunching over. it CONSTANTLY feels like i need to pop my back but it wont any more. Do i need a doctor or chiro?
I would say try chiro 1x a week and then a physical therapist or massage therapist once a week as well might work but I'm only a sport massage therapist so not 100 percent sure.
