Sometimes when I workout or snowboard I get very sore but the booking for my sports therapist is a week in advance so if I book one then I'm no longer in pain when I go 😭😭

This is a shot in the dark. I need help with my hip and lower back pain. While I deal with the pain it gets to the point I can't sleep bc of the hip pain. Then after work if I sit down (after being on my feet all day) my legs become weak to the point I can't walk or even lift my leg to take off my pants. I went to a pain management specialist and they don't see anything wrong. I feel like I'm going nowhere but the pain remains. If you know anyone in the NYC area or an idea on what to do. Id greatly appreciate it. Sorry for reaching out via comments. I'm just at my breaking point

Don't wait man find a chiropractor in your area and ask them questions before you choose one. If they do deep tissue work or scraping or if they can recommend you someone that does. Stay active and protect your spine 👌
I've only ever had the adjustment done when seeing a chiropractor. How do I find someone who does it the way you do? Or is it a combination of a type of massage and chiropractic? I live in South Texas so I wouldn't be able to see you. Please help
try searching for chiros that specifically do myofascial release because that's what dr mondragon does😁
