According to Brazilian theories, the mission mode in the game is a parallel universe, where Ayano killed Senpai (That’s why he doesn’t appear in mission mode), and Nemesis, is Hanako, who wanted to get revenge on Ayano for killing Senpai

maybe Nemesis was hired by the school/headmaster because they knew of dangerous behaviour, and they didn’t know at the time that it was Yandere-chan, and since they couldn’t prove that she was the one killing people, they hired another assassin to do it for them, one that had been trained for years and was known for protecting places from dangerous people. and maybe the reason that the students don’t react to her killing you is because they know that she’ll be looking for someone (maybe informed by the school?), and if it isn’t you, then you’re safe.

I had a thought for nemesis:
Security cameras can see her
Metal detectors can check her knife
Others can notice her and if she attacks while they are around, they will try to intervene, allowing you to escape, or run off to get a teacher, among other things
To balance this, she should be able to hide from the camera's point of view, and throw her knife either over or drop it on the ground to get past metal detectors, attacking you with her fists, yet still allowing you to escape/kill her, and if she is spotted and taken away, a minute or two later the player will hear a crash, as the police car has crashed, and she will walk back into the school, others can tell on her still, which makes her job harder, as she will have to "dispose" of them, but she will come for you

Maybe Nemesis was secretly hired by Megami Saikou to kill Yandere Chan.
She's not "angry" per se, she's been sent to eliminate Ayano, it may be personal, or it may not, all we really know, it's that it's her job to take the player down.
The reason is unknown, leaving it up to the imagination is sometimes best, leaving you to question the air of mystery around her motivations.

One difficulty option for Nemesis could be that she has a ranged weapon (maybe bow used in Kyūdō). Or even sniper rifle.. Good luck dealing with that kind of Nemesis :)

Seriously though, what's wrong with a small dev taking inspiration from other sources? *Several* other sources I might add. This is far from being a Hitman game. I mean the character that resembles 47 is an NPC in a *bonus mode*. Gee whizz, I sure remember when 47 was an NPC in the Hitman franchise. Copycat much. Cough.
Nemesis-chan seems like she'd make an interesting "rival" for the main game. I kind of picture her being either a fellow Yandere, coming in to keep YOU from getting Senpai (or Senpai from you), or perhaps, as a girl who's in the photography club (or something like that), and is the only person who really seems to notice your more "Yandere" actions from the onset, and she's hell bent on tracking you down, becoming more obsessed with catching you as the game progresses.
The former option being a final challenge for the player to overcome in order for Yandere-chan to get her happily ever after with Senpai (perhaps with her revealing the lengths you went through to get Senpai to notice you), requiring you to think outside of the box.
The latter option is more of a looming threat that operates as a more constant threat that is harder to predict. Perhaps the atmosphere of the school would affect how she'd pursue the player, showing that Yandere-chan isn't the only monster in the school, as she'd be the only one willing to solve the problem with a similar kind of violence the player can inflict on the other NPCs (as in, murdering you, instead of the more traditional apprehensions or the comatose lose states).
It would make her presence in Mission Mode feel a little more connected (in terms of gameplay) to the main game, which I feel would enhance the overall experience, even if barely. It'd be difficult to implement into the more stealth oriented final product, but I think it'd be at least worth considering for, at the very least, an extra difficulty mode or some kind of "Extra Rival DLC."
Of course, I'm only a fledgling game designer in this sense, so... obviously I hardly know what I'm talking about in terms of adding to the game's formula.

I'm a fledgling as in game design as well. albeit not in 3d games, (for now) but in 2d games and I tend to think of things that YandereDev could make or do. like a way to sacrifice one of the basu sisters (mainly cause the implementation of them and then nothing to follow is striking me as a possible future update or I'm just really curious) or a way to have other students owe you favors and such. I don't know, I can't really think of anything extremely interesting right now. (I'm a bit hungry) Hopefully one day I can make my own game and possibly work along side YandereDev.

I have an idea fir a new personality: the Doctor personality
Club Leaders will attempt to heal their club members back to life. You have to kill them in order to make them fail.
Club leaders can also do it to other students except the bullies and delinquents.
Now for an example, if you kill Saki in front of Kokona and vice versa they apprehend you. However if they just discover the other's corpse, they will attempt to heal them. This can also work for the Basu Sisters, the rivaks and their suitors once their matchmade, Osana and Raibaru, Taro and Hanako or Osana, Ryuto and Pippi, Budo and Raibaru, etc.

I think you can make it so that when the person is getting killed, they would scream. Anybody close will hear it and tackle you causing a game over.

I actually find it kinda weird that if the nemesis kills you in the middle of a crowd they won't be like "OMG" they just keep walking

You should add a male nemisis for mission mde if your playing as yandere-kun

Is it really neccesary? I mean, a male hunter who does the same thing than the female hunter. Sure, a male Nemesis could disguise as a male student but in general it's not really special or something like that. Even if Yan-kun gets added to Mission Mode, YandereDev can perfectly use the female Nemesis and it would be fine.
