This game. There's so much effort in it, and it all translates into such a good quality. So many possible routes, such an open gameplay, so many stereotypes (in a good way!) from Anime.
Kidnapping, homicide, torture, suicide, fake suicide, expulsion, poisoning, gossip, drowning, framing, electrocution, burning, crushing, murder suicide, or dismemberment is all fine, but panty shots? It's to do with the characters obviously being under 18, in high school (no matter how many disclaimers saying they aren't) and wearing middle-school uniforms (implying the dev's initial vision was to make them below 16). Death has no age. But purposefully taking sexual snaps of young girls is bound to make some people feel weird - let's not pretend people have no right to.

What if yandere chan had a best friend, or if you joined a club, people from that club would recognize you and try to engage in conversation with you. I think it would be really annoying and frustrating if you had perfectly planned out your attack, but then someone you know strolls by and tries to talk to you, blowing your cover and interrupting your plans. obviously there'd be pros and cons to a friend, that being a con, but maybe if you weren't able to clean up all the evidence for a murder, even if you had a bad rep, that friend/friends could vouch for you once, and then all other events of the such would start to ruin your relationship with that individual, thus they'd only have your back once, then start questioning your friendship if it happens again.

The arm that reaches out to ayano and osana is the previous martial arts club leader. Budo has a crush on her and beat her, so she left the club. It is related to osana because she is osanas friend and her martial arts experience means she will fight you if you kill osana.
My theory- In the Early November Progress Update there is a map of Osanas home. On the right, there's a room called 'sister's room'. Her sister is the one Budo had a crush on and who is protecting Osana.

I am from Portugal, not America, and girls (always) go with each other to the bathroom... they don't need to do anything, just wait for you while you're doing your thing... and there are also some who gossip or go there to talk about boys / someone who shouldn't hear you outside, or put make up on, or change clothes because their parents can't know she uses >those< clothes to school, blah blah blah, so it's not an "American thing", it's just life.
I really like the panty shot game mechanic, it's not more distastefull than anything else that happens in the game and it makes sense for info-chan to blackmail the students with pantyshots.

It already is! You can't kill them when they get to school because they're all next to each other, and you have to be quick or a teacher will come and rekt you.
Personally I was more thinking give her an even more potent poison, so senpai lives while it can be assumed that she died of salmonella from poor quallity sushi. Her death is completely inconspicuous and nobody can accuse you. Of course, this would have to be hard to get and require perfect speed and timing to get all the ingredients to pull this off.
Here's my idea of the game (not telling you should do it, dev, just saying my thoughts) Osana shouldn't give Senpai a bento every day. Like common sense, when someone gives you a meal that would make you throw up, you probably wouldn't eat it again. So every day should be a different thing. Like Monday, Osana gives Senpai the bento that is poisoned. Tuesday, Osana would felt bad, and plant a teddy bear or what ever either on his desk or his locker and have Sorry for the meal, ~Osana (or whatever) but before senpai notices the bear, the player would have enough time to get like some itchy powder and spread it onto the bear. When senpai touches the bear, he would run to the bathroom and wash the itching powder off or something, and osana would be looking out the class door, confused on what happened. Wednesday- Osana would try to talk to Senpai, but Senpai would be trying to avoid her, but he would be feeling bad, since their childhood friends. So he would give her one more chance. When Osana places a paper onto Senpai's desk, explaining that she didn't really do anything to hurt him and she runs to class, the player would do a little mini game to change what the paper would say, into something mean or ehh. Senpai would be tired of Osana and go on with his day, ignoring her while she tries to get his attention. She'll see the note and grow suspicious on what is going on. Thrursday- (damn this probably would take years to read all of, sorry for this long ass explanation) Osana would try to get senpai's attention, but he'll be ignoring, avoiding her. Osana would get pissed off, but asks him "Would you at least see me tomorrow, under the cherry blossom tree after school?" he'll say "We'll see." and he goes on with his day. But Osana would be suspicious at every student, mostly the player, so she would pay most attention to the player, following the player around, but when we see her direction, she'll act natural, but would spend the rest of her time with her friends or whatever. Friday: osana reminds Senpai to see her behind the school under the blossom tree. When she tells him her feelings, he'll reject. This took me 15 minutes to type, can't wait to waste rest of my life reading it again. Like I said, you don't have to do this dev, I just like sharing my thoughts with people. If you read this, tyyy and I hope you like it, and everyone else likes it as well. _if they're not lazy to read all this xD_
Ya know what'd be interesting? Info-chan becoming a rival. I'd doubt it'd make sense, but she can become the ultimate rival. Think about it, she has all the information on everyone and you are constantly providing information about Senpai. She could use the info to her advantage. The only thing to beat childhood friends, is being the ultimate second-hand stalker. She would make the ultimate rival, sort of like a final boss.

What if yandere chan had a best friend, or if you joined a club, people from that club would recognize you and try to engage in conversation with you. I think it would be really annoying and frustrating if you had perfectly planned out your attack, but then someone you know strolls by and tries to talk to you, blowing your cover and interrupting your plans. obviously there'd be pros and cons to a friend, that being a con, but maybe if you weren't able to clean up all the evidence for a murder, even if you had a bad rep, that friend/friends could vouch for you once, and then all other events of the such would start to ruin your relationship with that individual, thus they'd only have your back once, then start questioning your friendship if it happens again.

Here's my idea of the game
(not telling you should do it, dev, just saying my thoughts)
Osana shouldn't give Senpai a bento every day. Like common sense, when someone gives you a meal that would make you throw up, you probably wouldn't eat it again. So every day should be a different thing.
Like Monday, Osana gives Senpai the bento that is poisoned.
Tuesday, Osana would felt bad, and plant a teddy bear or what ever either on his desk or his locker and have Sorry for the meal, ~Osana (or whatever) but before senpai notices the bear, the player would have enough time to get like some itchy powder and spread it onto the bear. When senpai touches the bear, he would run to the bathroom and wash the itching powder off or something, and osana would be looking out the class door, confused on what happened.
Wednesday- Osana would try to talk to Senpai, but Senpai would be trying to avoid her, but he would be feeling bad, since their childhood friends. So he would give her one more chance. When Osana places a paper onto Senpai's desk, explaining that she didn't really do anything to hurt him and she runs to class, the player would do a little mini game to change what the paper would say, into something mean or ehh. Senpai would be tired of Osana and go on with his day, ignoring her while she tries to get his attention. She'll see the note and grow suspicious on what is going on.
Thrursday- (damn this probably would take years to read all of, sorry for this long ass explanation) Osana would try to get senpai's attention, but he'll be ignoring, avoiding her. Osana would get pissed off, but asks him "Would you at least see me tomorrow, under the cherry blossom tree after school?"
he'll say "We'll see." and he goes on with his day. But Osana would be suspicious at every student, mostly the player, so she would pay most attention to the player, following the player around, but when we see her direction, she'll act natural, but would spend the rest of her time with her friends or whatever.
Friday: osana reminds Senpai to see her behind the school under the blossom tree. When she tells him her feelings, he'll reject.
This took me 15 minutes to type, can't wait to waste rest of my life reading it again. Like I said, you don't have to do this dev, I just like sharing my thoughts with people. If you read this, tyyy and I hope you like it, and everyone else likes it as well.
