Thinking about it, it's odd how his theme doesn't sound very villainous despite easily being one of the most evil characters in SFV (and the best villain, I'd argue. Shadaloo felt like it was just some criminal organization until F.A.N.G. came along and spearheaded Operation C.H.A.I.N.S., which was so bad that not only did Shadaloo finally become a true world threat, the Secret Society had to intervene

FANG's poison should slow the opponent's mobility slightly (or maybe add a couple frames of lag for the opponent for special moves. Kinda fits FANG.) and should lower the opponent's damage for a couple of seconds instead of doing low nonlethal damage. One can hope for this in Street fighter 6.
if F.A.N.G never returned, its fine because this poisonous bastard had done his job as a very good henchmen than Vega, Balrog, and Sagat. well here's why: 1) Balrog wants money so if someone gave him like lets say about 1,000,000 dollars to take out Shadoloo, he can do it 2) Vega only cares for his good looks rather than Shadoloo so if he is very disfigured, he'll just leave it all behind 3) Sagat....well, HE FUCKING LEFT! 4) and F.A.N.G pretty much make SF5's story possible love him or hate him, F.A.N.G is a troll yes but he still done his job just right
