Sakura is that type of character that you can't help but cheer for. And the theme is hard to forget, fits her so well.

Its funny, she was trained by dan, with the objective to become as good or even better than Ryu.

The best version of one of the best character themes ever created. Tells you so much about Sakura even if you know nothing about her character. The purity, the energy, the kindness, the impulsiveness, the determination. She's like both Ryu and Ken mixed together and this theme shows that perfectly. Can't say enough good things about it.
what i love about sakura in particular is her character interactions
a large percent of the cast say she has potential despite being an amateur, and that's wholesome
the contrast that brings with dan is absolutely hilarious, especially considering saikyo style is one he made while sakura is mimicing ansatsuken, and ppl still give dan trash and not sakura XD

Has it really been that long since when this game first came out? Shit then I must have been 8 when my dad was playing this. I picked it up on the Xbox store during quarantine just to see why he liked it so much, which I’ve been doing for some of the games he used to play but I couldn’t find. He had some good taste, I didn’t understand the appeal of these types of fighting games, but now man, I wish I could get the chance to play it with him, cause this shit is fun, and the characters and music, hell I just finished waycheing street fighter 2 movie, the whole franchise must have been amazing to grow up with

Ok...so fans of the Street Fighter series consider her to be Ryu's stalker. Some consider her to be his love interest. Some consider her to be both, and some just consider her to be his on again off again student that he instructs as a second sensei of sorts.

I remember very fondly street fighter 4 on launch. I was 9 and was such a huge fan of street fighter as a kid, sad that never got to play SF3 but happy I could play 4. I also remember Sakura being the first unlockable character and from that day forward, I’ve never looked back, she’ll always be my main
