Thank you so much Tom Because of you and what you shared with the world about testicular cancer you saved my life i got it early and was able to beat cancer and only have one nut ..but that's okay its huge lol
You guys should watch Tom Green interview Joe Rogan like 20 years ago. Joe was clearly inspired to do his podcast by Tom. Pre podcast days. Great conversation. And a piece of history.
that's facts brother i remember the rawness of Toms internet show he was a ground breaker one of the first long pod cast live interactive that shit was fun to watch you felt like you were with tom the studios wouldn't give him a talk show so he made his own

By 1997, he had already been doing his show for 3 years. It. Just didn’t start airing on MTV until 1999. Before that it only aired in Canada. The older stuff is worth checking out!
I've watched a ton of Joe Rogan; and this is by far the most relaxed I've ever seen him. He seems to be genuinely enjoying himself and not "working" at all. Way to go @Tomgreeen - what a mensch!

I got two hours in a F-18D back in 2004. We ended up pull 7.4G before i blacked out. Joe's breathing is completely wrong, when he demonstrates the technique. You want to feel your lungs air so you are holding a huge breath, you want to squeeze your butt cheeks together, and you're going to let out a short burst of air and then suck it right back in. You do not want to let all of your air go... Because when you do that you will instantly blackout at high g's.
