No, it's actually a good thing. Jerry probably wasn't going to do a clear iPhone anyway, but since he started with the idea and just uploaded a clear LG G6 video a day ago, it's nice to credit him. It was obviously not an original idea, but it's been done to a different phone. He has my respect for giving him credit.

I like it, I would prefer an aluminium bezel and a glass case back.
I did that on my iPhone 4 years ago, it was quick and easy, just unscrew 2 screws at the bottom and change the case back from black to transparent glass, it was a unique look !

i think this might not be a very good idea on an iphone, because they use the metal housing as a signal antenna and this may worsen your signal reception quite a bit

Hey i know he gave jerry rig everything props but i think they both did a fantastic job if you guys are hating on everything apple pro then here is what i say. Even though jerry rig everything did it first he did less work than everything apple pro because he just took off the back and scraped the color off the glass and everything apple pro took apart the iphone and replaced it in a new shell. But i guess now you can still say they are both good

The clear housing mod looked better on the 4/4S since you are just replacing the black or white glass panels with a clear one and if you only want the back cover clear it will be just easy as removing two screws and slapping the new one in.
