Just watching this clip he is an absolute master of the small talk and keeping the contestant and audience engaged. Not a single word was wasted in his delivery.
I gotta say, the women contestants they got on this show from the 70s until about the mid to late 90s were gorgeous.

Ladies often had such pretty hair styling and looks back then.
Three Strikes always used to go faster, win or lose, when there were only four numbers to fill, but this isn't the '80's or even the '90's anymore, so they can never find another car at under $10,000, these days. One thing they can still do to make the game go faster is give away the first number for free and only make the contestant fill in the other four.
