i bought this machine in November 2019 in South Africa. We have subsequently moved to Israel and my machine is only sending water through the water spout and not through the coffee brewing process . We cant find anyone to fix it in Israel so we are watching y your video to be able to inspect what is wrong. If necessary i may be abke to get a new 2 way valve from South Africa but can you tell me where else I can get the parts
