By far one of their best gigs. So intense, absolutely insane! Whoever filmed and edited this deserves a prize🙌
A pizza.
The sound engineer who mixed this is wizard
The guy screaming "IN THE FADE" in 17:32 and seconds after the song started. Probably one of the best days of his life.
if only the born to hula guy was so lucky...
I presume he just heard the note
Can I get a Hell Yeah for the ever awesome Joey Castillo!!!
12 thumbs up but not a single 'hell yeah'?
HELL YEAH!
Hell yeah for YoYo
HELL YEAH JOEY CASTILLO
This band ended when he left. Nowadays it's just a shadow of it's power!
HELL YEAH
as a musician and a full time pro video editor, who edits live concerts every day, i should say that this is an editing masterpiece, never seen anything like this in a live concert PS the camerawork is outstanding as well
Young and hairy Shoes was a menace
That boy has always been a menace.
Mikey shoes is one of the best additions of members in the entire history of the band
Is he singing the Sick Sick Sick part?
Damn, the recording on this gig is absolutely nuts
Thanks for the upload!
God, that dude at 17:31 who screams "IN THE FAADEEE" is GOAT lol.
Hahaha
Audio mix is fucking spot on here! Sounds phenomenal!
17:26 RIP Mark Lanegan. So wunderschön!
I think Joey is my fav Queens drummer besides DG of course lol!
Almost 17 years ago… I hate time passing by!
I really appreciate Theodore but Joey was a train at the time and these arrangements were extremely solid and powerful!
Joey was the best. Things change and Theo is great but this period of the band was really something special.
Yeah, sometimes I just really want to see a guy who beats the shit out of the drums. And Castillo never disappointed.@@tannerslomko
holy shit, i've seen hundreds of performances both live and on youtube and I think this is the fastest Song for the Dead outro I've seen. absolutely insane
C'mon it was a birthday party, wasn't it?
I'm here for "In the Fade". A legendary song by all accounts.
They are great now, they were great then. Probably the best band on the planet today.
I can feel the energy from the crowd feeding non stop into their performance! Amazing! 🫨🫨🫨

D:\s nuts!
I miss Joey
This looks and sounds so great. EV tour was LIT AF. Brings back so many memories. TY for reposting!!!
What a legendary band. Incredibly underrated, their latest album is just as epic as their early work, that is consistency. I'm 24 and have been a fan of this band ever since I was a kid.
Probably the best rock act in the last 20+ years! And they keep getting better, you are right their last album is epic!
One of my favourite shows of theirs. The crowd are so into it. Thank you
@QOTSAarchiveFULL still alive, keep on!
I remember discovering this band on MTV World Stage through this live performance somewhere around 2010-2013. Absolutely unique experience. Have been listening to a lot of pop punk like Green Day and The Offspring back then and been getting into nu metal with Limp Bizkit and Zebrahead, metalcore with BMTH. Then I got introduced to stoner rock thanks to QotSA.
Josh looks as he is high as a kite, how the fock he is still so incredibly good?
Speed, not coke.
@QOTSAarchiveFULL …Once again a shiny pearl. I didn't know about MTV was still alive in 2007… GOD 🤟
In the UK, it was still fairly OK.
Zane Lowe, the guy who does all the podcasts for Apple, who interviewed Josh last year - yeah, Gonzo was his show on MTV2.
The editing is insane. Haven't seen anything like it.
Ooo, this is great quality. Thank you.
12th and early.
Absolutely fucking LOVE this band. Saw them last November. Absolutely incredible 🤘🏻🐍💥💯🙌🏻
Me too! Where did you see them?
@@everycrayfish1657 Manchester AO Arena. (England). Where did you see them?
@@amjh4lah809 I saw them in amsterdam in November, super cool show
I NEED A THRILL , A THRILL , I NEED A THRILL OH I WANNA A THRILL!

They really went off on this one
I watched so much mtv in 2007. I was a kid but I loved the hell out of it I swear to god.
So many ears fot this......
Super good audio mix, camerawork and edit. Damn!
Thanks for the Fix. i've waited so long
Oooooh my god😱🤘❤🎸🎶😘
Amazing as always. Thank you for uploading this, it’s amazing
aw huck this is a dope ass live video
Finally!
Mikey's energy is amazing. I wish I was there
Greatest band in the goddamn world
intense
fucking insane
Ooooooooow the fps 🥵
Zane your mom called
Fucking insane!
Who is Gonzo and what is the context? Thanks for the upload!
It was a TV show by Zane Lowe.
Looks much better than other uploads. I think overall 60 fps should be the standard for concert movies. I don’t think they work well with going for a more cinematic, film motion look.
Josh Homme vocals sometimes sounds quite similar to Rod Evans (Deep Purple, Captain Beyond).
5:15
Does anyone knows which pedal he turns for the The Lost Art.... solo??? I've seen some pictures of the pedalboard of this era and in the video you can see him switching off at the end of solo some kind of ABY pedal but what is the actual effect???
I'd say it's the Stone Deaf PDF1 that he uses
The meth was a extra spicy batch that night.
Best version of A Song for the Dead
censored fuck in the middle of a song with the only lyrics being about drugs
See. MTV used to be cool
tf happened to MTV, also this performance is so energetic and I have the impression that Josh was really high
To answer your question: Greed. Only 2 channels meant anything to me back in those days: MTV and Comedy Central. Now, in 2024, they couldn't be more irrelevant. Hell, I don't know if Comedy Central even exists.
I can't stand how this is shot. Gimme different angles but it's not a fuckin' action flick lol
This is pure cocaine..
Josh isn't ginger Elvis. Elvis is black haired Josh 👑
This is Rock ......not the Fucking Ac/Dc
