It's not just about Deku's power, but also his *battle analysis* skills to strategize, reflect on his previous battles, and observe his opponent for current battle. His nerd quality that he had as a kid for analysis for all those years coming in to aid him even to now.
He observed Muscular's movement to see that Shindo's quirk affected him. Aiding to easy take down. No need to work harder when you can work smarter.
Deku's power is also more of a swiss army knife skill set, as it's not as much as individual power for strength as much as combining them for use. The extra quirks are more support type than offensive thus far.

yea i think a lot of people are missing the fact that the word "is" is italicized when deku says: this is my full power. it eludes to the fact that all of his abilities in tandem are what constitutes his full power. my favorite is his use of danger sense so that he can cover for his biggest weakness which is thinking too much
@Boodstain The 3rd quirk still used not much as stand alone, but in conjunction for it's power. The 2nd one, yeah that's the major booster. But since most others are support, don't mind that much.

10:15 - Correct. Red gauntlet is reference to MHA movie 1: The one in movie was a full gauntlet, which he broke by the end. But here Deku has a new mid gauntlet prototype that can't with stand 100% of his power. So he has a limitation.
The mask was such a simple addition to Deku's costume, but it looks so dope.

@@aparou647 not really Deku is way faster and more powerful if he hits endeavor with a plus ultra smash 100% he’s dead it doesn’t matter how much experience you have on the field when you’re competing with a quirk that has been powering up over generations shit just ain’t fair all Deku really had to do to get above everyone is more or less learn how to utilize the quirk and now that he’s about almost at 50% he’s pretty much in a league of his own just not as strong as shigaraki yet

I found deku's nature very relatable with all the tears from the first day i found this series. But yea, muscular was talking all that shit to the other heroes. But when deku pulled up mans said "OHHH SHIT ITS DAT BOI. YO RUN THE 1'S WIT ME CUH, FOR OLD TIMES SAKE! IM FEELIN' THAT NOSTALGIA YA FEEL ME?!" just for Midoriya to hit him with the ultimate ratio ive ever seen in since the year began 😂

The red gauntlet was made by David shields daughter as a prototype ( all nights old partner from America) what I love above deku is how he uses his quirks together to accomplish feats on par with 100 percent allmight even without using 100 percent of his power, him gathering data from hero’s and his friends while putting it to use in everything he does. That’s why I love deku, he respects quirks more than anyone else because he never had one.
The way deku was slowly descending while holding Goto with his black whip looked like some dragon ball typa thang 😂 his outfit is so fricken badass I’m vibin with this new deku.

Yes its related to the first movie because its Canon. The person who created the gauntlet was Melissa Shield the daughter of All Might best friend. The Gauntlet shattered after the use of 100% first time so it's best to use less to take advantage of the support item. I would very much like to see Melissa make an appearance and come to Japan.
The mom was literally foreshadowing deku as all might successor.

If you didn't notice, the hero's from the other school were introduced as 3rd years. When they first showed up during the Liscense exam, they were 2nd years which means Class 1-A are now 2nd years and so now they are Class 2-A.

You did get introduced to Yo, Turtleneck,Boomerang Man, and Mr Smith from the licensing exam arc and they are from a different school. It's just not the school you're thinking of when it comes to Inasa(the guy who can control wind) is from. Inasa is from Shiketsu another prestigious hero school. I don't remember which UA 1A student said it but when they met the Shiketsu students one of them said "UA in the East. Shiketsu in the East". Camie, the guy that can turn people into blobs that Bakugo called Meat, the guy who was covered in hair that extenda to use as a weapon, and Inasa are all from Shiketsu. Yo, Turtleneck, Boomerang Man, and Mr Smith are all from a different school and Ms Joke is their teacher
Can confirm, other countries have different hero rankings and power. All Might was worldwide #1, but Endeavor isn’t. I’ll leave who that is to the unraveling story. 😁

You know, this is more of an appreciation comment about the revelation/connection I just made when it comes to Naruto & Deku. Before I proceed, please, if you read the manga and want to engage in this thread, do not mention or allude to spoilers.
The immense appreciation I have is towards the artistic and profound writing when it comes to the personal development of these two main protagonist of their respective anime. Right now, in Boku No Hero Academia, we are witnessing the maturation of a borderline naive philosophical ideology - one that is submerged deeper into reality. Deku, at the center of this, is going through this experience because he simply understands the circumstances that led to who is now presently Shigaraki. This experience, along with the situation with Dabi, provides momentous and life changing perspective.
This grandiose perspective is the same one that Naruto underwent when he faced Pain and learn the grotesque truth of The Hidden Leaf Village & Itachi. It’s great writing and undeniably pivotal moments. We, thankfully, got to see what path Naruto chose and it is one of self-sacrifice in order to subjugate the hatred. This resulted in a peaceful society - which brings us to Boruto (I believe it is, at the center, if & how can a peaceful society thrive but it’s going off the rails and I digress).
Nevertheless, I’m quite elated to see where we go from here when it comes to Deku. I’m quite glad to have Naruto and Boku No Hero Academia as part of my top animes of all time.
The air guy, the girl that Toga took the place of, the hair dude, and meat wad were from Shiketsu high school, the rival to UA. Yo and Turtle Neck are from Ms. Joke's highschool. The provisional license exam had multiple schools. The ninja guys that Shoto fought and the all girl heroes were also from different schools that I don't think we got the names of
The support item is from the movie it's a really cool way of hinting that the movies are somewhat Canon midoriya looks so cool I'm excited for vigilante deku 😁

the first movie was referenced in an early episode linking the series to that movie. in one of the episodes (can't remember which one but maybe season 2) at the end All might mentions to Deku about going to the states. then the next episode it's like they already had done it which is where the movie takes place. Don't know about movie 2 and 3 as I can't think of any reference to the series but the first movie feels really connected to the show.

Nah, he could have won without that, but not as likely as just a one shot. A 45% to the face with Deku being quick before Muscular has muscle shield up can knock him out. Deku used Delaware smash (finger flick) to break apart muscles fibers from first fight too (for Delaware-Detroit smash combo).

Endeavor is NOT the number hero in the world. THeyll go into it later but egypt has a pretty insane hero as well. Also i dont even wanna go into Miss stars and stripes. When we see the american hero fight, it will probbaly break the fanbase. She has possibly the most ridiculous power you can give to a character as a writer. it is beyond godlike
