Pilates is a body changer! I was in a car accident in 2016. My orthopedic doctor recommended Pilates. I started doing the Pilates exercises regularly and the back pain has almost gone away. It has only been 6 weeks of Pilates, 3 times a week. Thank you Pilates!

all I can say is, thank you thank you THANK YOU for putting this up online. I used to do the exercise vids via netflix instant, but can no longer find them. Fortunately I found this, and the workouts are more challenging and more thoroughly explained. Thank you Renee! Certainly helps out the folks who have limited time to get to the gym!

I've been suffering from lower back pain for almost two weeks now. I could not carry my 2yr old for more than a minute. That being said, I wanted to do this workout to get a good stretch in my body after all the intense workouts I do the rest of the time. The pain in my back is gone! Pilates is not only good for strength, but also flexibility, and releasing tight cramped muscles. You need a balance to have a truly healthy body. Thank you for the relief, finally!

I am someone who is in an pilates instructor training program have been doing Pilates, Yoga, Dance, and Gymnastics and other sports for years, as well as martial arts. I feel I have a somewhat good grasp of body mechanics and I love every moment she speaks throughout this video. Her voice is not only not grating, very well pitched, but the use of wording and phrasing throughout I felt informative and engaging. The frist thing I noticed was how well explained the class was. I am truly grateful.

This is one of the best-explained Pilates videos I've done! It rivals my Pilates class in college (taught by a woman who has been doing it for 30 years). Good form matters!

I've been doing Pilates for a little while feeling more and more comfortable with it's principles and mechanics. Writing in response to how annoying the explanations are, I personally was deeply grateful for the details verbalized throughout this video. Her voice is not only not grating, very well pitched, but she uses wording and phrasing that is at once both informative and engaging. Thank you for the high quality attitude and consideration throughout the explanations. Am truly grateful.

This is a very unfair comment - Renee is actually doing an excellent job here. It is a lot, a lot of work for her to do all this AND keep explaining everything. Pilates is in the detail. This must be conveyed verbally, as she is not even there to guide you kineastetically. Watching, without the verbal description/instruction, just is not the same for Pilates. Well done, great job, Renee! The merit of this is in her verbalisation of what she's doing. Beautiful detail :-)

I love this. I didn't even know when it reached 30 mins.
Since I was a beginner some parts were hard to do but overall, I loved it. I'm going to be doing this from now on

Great video! Being somewhat new to pilates, I enjoyed the detailed explanations. I thought it made it much easier, especially the breathing commands-- such an important part of the practice. Thanks for the video!

Hello, thank you for your comment and making the effort to enjoy the workout!
Commonly neck pain during The Hundreds exercise is due to the lack of endurance strength of your abdominals. Focus on a piece of string lifting your breast bone to the sky rather than focusing on nodding your head forward. Slowly build up to doing the full 100, when you feel neck pain rest your head down so as to not strain your muscles. Continue getting stronger!
    Warm regards, Renee.
