The definitive documentary on legendary metal icon Ronnie James Dio comes to movie theatres around the world for a two-day-only film event. Ronnie James Dio's story transcends the standard rock documentary. Beautifully highlighting both his powerful voice and his gentle heart, “DIO: Dreamers Never Die” delves deep into the singer’s incredible rise from ’50s doo-wop crooner to his early rock days in Elf and Ritchie Blackmore’s Rainbow, to replacing Ozzy Osbourne in Black Sabbath, and finally cementing his rockstar status with his own band, DIO. The first documentary to be authorized by the artist’s estate, the film incorporates never-before-seen footage and personal photos from Dio’s archives as well as offering intimate scenes with his closest peers, family, and friends, among them Wendy Dio, Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler, Glenn Hughes, Vinny Appice, Lita Ford, Rob Halford, Sebastian Bach, Eddie Trunk and Jack Black, as they bring viewers inside the life of one of the most beloved figures in rock. In addition to the feature-length film, this special event will also include a hand-picked selection of outtakes from the cutting room floor, creating an experience that is exclusive only to fans in attendance.
That trumpet playing helped develop the STRONGEST and GREATEST vocals EVER!!! 💯💪
I have him at number 1. I have Pavarotti at number 2.
@Mark. TRUTH, Brother!
@@donnikubbitz2146 And Pavarotti called our Swedish legendary singer Jussi Björling "The master". I dont disagree with you at all of course since i am huge Dio fan, i think he was the Pavarotti (or Jussi Björling) of Metal, Dio could sing from the most beautiful things to the most brutal and at the very top level.
Yes u r right cause trumpet playing rely on good ears. So u have to trust yourself. And that his why he has got this amazing intonation and pitch
Yo I think u were the 249,999,999th subscriber to MrBeast 🎉
Dio was the name that came up , thought I’d tell u cos ur name was in his latest short
Not only vocal technique but you can learn a lot from his conversation skills. Rarely do rockers come across as articulate as this man.
He was a gentleman.....I met him at 13....he talked to us kids like we really meant something for 15 minutes

The God of Metal never Die... Dio forever!!!! 🖤🤘🏿
If you don't want the Dio Way sign stolen - just add a small print to the bottom with the link to the merch store where you can buy the identical signs.
Hopefully they get the Elf bandmates to tell some good Dio stories.
Most of the guy's from Elf are dead. Gary Driscoll and Craig Gruber died a while ago and I think Mickey lee soule also passed.

DIO WAS A ROCK God
Good movie, go see it if you can, he learned trumpet as a kid and that translated directly to his vocals, I knew quite a bit about Ronnie yet did not know that and it makes perfect sense. Dio lives everlasting!
What a well done Doc!! Saw it this afternoon. Fitting tribute to a true GIANT!!!
"IT WAS A GREAT PLACE TO GROW UP BECAUSE YOU HAD GOOD MORAL ATTITUDES. YOU GREW UP WELL." Whoa, the lost devil horns flashing children had no idea.

Kono Dio da!
For ever
Dio forever!
wow, this is so cool
That trumpet and the 2 hours practising every day made the 5 year old legend to learn how to breath and it was the start of developing the best devine voice in the history of Rock and Metal Era that followed up through the years.I have to give a big thanks to his father and the rest to the short man Ronnie James Dio who changed the history of Rock and Heavy Metal Worldwide.I miss him everyday but we all have great songs to keep him in our hearts warm until we meet on Heaven!!!!"I see a rainbow rising
Look there, on the horizon And I'm coming home, I'm coming home, I'm coming home"
So well made. Tears flowed at the end (as expected). RIP RJD 🤘🏻🤘🏻
RJD. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
Peace be with you Dio, you ignored everyone and showed your talents. Amen..... Your a inspiration to a man who needs to tone in on his..... Maybe just maybe I'll get there.

Ahhhh at long last, THE DOCUMENTARY of all documentaries!! The gods of metal had not forgotten about us, after all... Can't wait to watch it and of course purchase it whenever it is eventually released in DVD format or whatever🤘🤘🤘
Это ДжоДжо референс?
I totally steal that same LOL I had no idea he learned he played the trumpet
Now i know why is the best vocalist
Fue una hermosa película! Gracias por hacerla realidad. Ha sido un sueño para mí.
Ronnie "It was a great place to grow up because you had good moral attitudes. You grew up well." This will come as a shock to the up horns lost children.
This chick got to inject herself into his story of course 🤷
Gonna catch this next Sunday Oct 2nd. Hopefully not just a glory piece , but tells some truths. Also hoping for prime concert footage as I've seen him many times starting with Rainbow and up to his last shows.
Anything for her to make money
The Yoko Ono syndrome
@Mark. I can know the man through his music
@Mark. I dont like how she did Rowan Robertson and that band wrong. Dio and rowan Robertson and jens would have done epic albums. I just think it was down right dirty
@@thomascastrovillo9256 please tell
@@jonblackers4339 well simple. Rowan at 18 performance was amazing on lock up the wolves as well as live. They had the greatest keyboard player in jens. Could have done epic albums with dio but more money in sabbath camp. His wife told them ronnie quit band. That's why I say anything for a buck. Sorry but Dehumanizer is subpar compared to lock up the wolves. That's one thing I can say about Metallica they are like brothers. Family they stick together. So Simon long standing drummer for dio but Rowan gets the axe. That's fucked up
Vivian Campbell made Dio.
correction: Dio made Viv.
@@chuckdeless9891 and vice versa
@@laszlocarreidas9548 Yngwie was next in line if Viv didn't take it so shut up. Viv was a nobody w/o Dio same as Dio was w/o Blackmore. Wake the F up!
Nothing wrong with Vivian but Dio was no slouch when it came to songwriting and he also played piano, guitar and bass so he wasnt just a singer and lyricist. He played bass and sang at the same time from the late 50´s up to the first Elf album and also recorded the bass on those releases before leaving the bass work to others.
That whole Dio was well established and famous long before Campbell came along thing.. Ignore that. We're on the internet here and we're saying stuff!
Dio, thank you for reviving Black Sabbath...
