    My wife and i each have new Magicycle cruisers w/52V 20ah battery and we love them! We have ridden 600 mile so far this year with no problems. We did add adjustable handle bar risers, mirrors, 52 tooth front sprocket. These are great bikes but if you order something from Magicycle you will have to wait several weeks to receive your order.

    Is rear suspension adjustable ? YES, you should sell these. They'd be a BIG seller. Test the new Mini Deer ASAP please.

    Battery is roughly 15 lbs which means you can use it with a Hollywood Rack if you remove the battery makes it about 77 lbs
    This bike rides excellent I just test rode it at the electrify show along with the Ocelot pro loved both but the full suspension was smooth especially with a step through

    They certainly went after the Ariel Rider Kepler and the Aventon with their recent couple bikes.. They increased the rack size and gave us a little rear shock here with the deer..Full step through instead of mid step. Fell short on speed though . 28-29 mph is not anything to write home about.. The Aventon Adventure 2 is even faster than the Deer. Not even close to the $1,800 Kepler. Would be a hard sell to get me to trade in my Kepler for a Deer at $500 more

      does aventon still have no customer service?

    I have only been on a handful of E Bikes. Lectric 2.0,Hey Bikes, a mid Freesky bike. We live in New England
    and have a lot of hills. I'm 70 have horses and have been on a lot of trails. So I wanted a bike that could do
    both. So I started to look into Magicycle was fortunate and found a few people that had the brand and from
    what I picked up the quality of the workmanship and the service they offered a 2 year warranty. I thought
    it might be a great fit. My business partner Peter More of Crimson Music Systems and a mechanical engineer
    also looked into the company. I was going for the Ocelot not the Deer. But he convinced me. And I have to
    admit for a heavy bike it's a pleasure to ride, on both trails and the hills of New England. Its got plenty of
    power and as you said in PAS 4 on the trails is way too fast for me. I also got the step Thru.. Is it a mountain
    bike No will it go on mild trails absolutely, is it great on the road absolutely. The suspension works fine and
    I'm a Happy Camper. Oh and Great review look forward to more reviews..

    Good to see you back out and about again Kyle! Hopefully your recovery is happening as well as your hoping. If I could get to a store, I'd want to be able to check out the Deer, in better color choices, (John Deere Green anyone?!?). It would be nice to see one done with even slightly upgraded parts. Beefier suspension and maybe an upgrade rack that can support ¼ of the weight limit at least. 400#!?! WOW!!! That much weight 92# should have a reverse gear as well! I'd like to see more eBikes with turn signals too. (Alien 13 brand hints).

    Great to see you on the bikes! I have been looking for a good step through for my wife but the weight would be an issue. She sometimes takes her current bike to the lake and loading that one on the rack would be tough. Thanks for bringing up those details.

    Thanks for pointing out the weight of 92lb. Putting this on my bike rack would be a problem at that weight. Hope you never run out of juice.

  • @JethroXP
    @JethroXP Рік тому +1

    Sounds like 92 pounds includes the battery. Assuming that can be removed for transport I’m guessing that brings the weight without battery down closer to 80 pounds. Still heavy, but it also sounds beefy too with that 400 pound load capacity.

    Good video. I'd really like to have one of these next year for hunting. I've been researching for the best ones for the money and this is top on my list so far. Are there any other good ebikes that you recommend? Thank you!

    They cap the motor at 900w so the motor is not over stressed and lasts longer.
    I do like their new bike I just don't like the color yellow is my most hated color so for that reason I'll never get one. I even asked them if they will have other colors it doesn't sound like they will.🤭

    • @RVEnthusiast
      @RVEnthusiast Рік тому +1

      It is not capped at 900Watts It actually puts out above 1100W, the display is limited to 900W. Yellow is just one of 3 colors. Yellow, Neon Green and Space Grey. I have the Space Grey. I have to say Kyle Did a fair job in his assessments, I probably like it a little more than he does. The back is nice and soft and the front shocks are just as he described. all-in-all its a great bike for the price
