Just a warning about Pandamoniumpets, I bought a set of ledges from them & a house too. I found blood on 2 of the ledges from them & nowhere else in the cage. I thought his feet were dry. A week later I found MORE blood on the SAME ledges so I got rid of them. Its been over a month with no blood & his cut finally healed. Instead of leaving a bad review I messaged them first, Pandamoniumpets refused to admit it could be their mistake and refused to apologize. Not only did they not make up for it, but denied it too! I will never buy from them again and you shouldn't either for your pets safety!

Question: Do you get dust from Amazon (if so, could you link it please?) or do you just get it from a pet store (if so, what brand of dust do you recommend?)
Of course! I got my dust from Petsmart. it's called You and me Chinchilla dust bath. Here's the amazon link (but it appears unavailable): www.amazon.com/You-Me-Chinchilla-Dust-2-5/dp/B072K53PGW There are other brands that also do the job, like the oxbow dust. However, if you want to get cheap dust, go to the AZ chins website and get it from there. I bought some for myself as well :)) Hope that was helpful! 😊
I am a hopefully new to be chinchilla owner of two baby boys I had degus before this but the cage I have isn’t big enough in any direction for chinchillas I was them to be happy and healthy in a cage fitted to them but I do have a price limit on 120£ ish > or < 10£ I can’t find any good cages are their any suggestions on where to go
