On those ducted AC’s in the bedroom, they are ducted if the units dump valves are closed. You open them if you want direct cold air on you if you’re in Texas in the summer. 🥵 😂

This looks HUGE! A wine cooler will chill my cider lol. I like the decor, the distressed look of the wood, and the tiles. I love the centralisation of the stove top and sink, it's my pet peeve to have them tight, next to the fridge or something. I really like the size of the sink. You're definitely friendly 😂😂 The desk would be cool for work and home schooling if you were extended time of even full time. They definitely need to look into having the main table folding flat to the wall, so
*continued - the space would be so flexible to different uses. The bathroom is not my favourite, I like the room but don't like having 2 doors in there. The washer dryer being in the bathroom is good. Really like the bedroom space, it has great storage. I would miss having a flat surface next to the bed for my drink/book . I love the open field in the kitchen and living room area but not enough cabins in the kitchen. But I did see that they did make prep space around both sides of the stove so kudos for that!!!!
Do you have any information on insulation, dual pane windows if available on this unit? I so love NO CARPET on a reasonable priced couples coach with 5th wheel ammeneties! Bonus, the honey brown modern color, wood grain in area on this model interior are really stylish, nice lighting and warm looking (normally brown is not my thing since gramma’s in the 70s lol) I’d swap the theater seats for a real couch, skip the child size couch for a single recliner since there is seating at table/desk. Real JBL sound inside and out a definite plus with larger TVs offered. I wish manufacturers would give up the easy bake ovens, seasonal Ohio camping means a lot of really hot or windy chilly days. Nice Nice Nice bath vanity, why clean 2 sinks, I’d rather have more countertop. Toilet seems in an odd spot but vanity and decent size room makes up for it. I’m disappointed, such a nice RV / amenities overall, why would they do a queeen bed in a couples coach 😢😢. This unit seems much much better than a “nicer” destination Salem Villa we have from Forest River in 2020! The only possible deal breaker, insulation. If the unit has decent insulation/windows offered, our Villa has a great start to nice amenities back then but we ROAST all summer. If the unit can keep up with the heat, where do I sign, I’d go back to a travel trailer in a flash as it seems Forest River has left that beautiful Villa model behind anymore. Kudos again to your video, you are a great to watch, lots of great info, give price info - no hyper hard sell is wonderful and always give me many smiles throughout.

The sofa is a trifold so that makes a bed for two - dinette sleeps 1 - then the bed is their thoughts!
