Hello, Sara. I discovered your channel from my little brother currently in nursing school. I graduated in 2009 and took the NCLEX for the first time on April 30th this year and I passed because of you. Thank you so much for all that you do! God bless you!

Hello Nurse Sarah! Thank you for your generous gift of sharing your knowledge! This is one of the most selfless gifts that I have ever received. When I was first introduced to your videos.. I had my credit card in hand to make a payment lol... I just knew the video was going to cut off and require payment! I quickly learned that these videos were gifts! Thank you so much! You broke those concepts down to bite sized understandable pieces! I am forever grateful! I graduated May 13th 2022 and you can continue to know that God is using you to do the greatest gift ever! April M. RN [claiming it :)]

Hey Sarah!! Thank you for EVERYTHING you’ve helped me to learn in my years of nursing school! I graduated and had my pinning ceremony on Sunday and I take my last final tomorrow! You are my favorite online teacher and I’m so blessed to have found your channel before I started. Coming soon… Amanda, RN

Sarah, I’ve been a nurse for 4 years now and your videos are what helped me get through school and understand so many concepts. I recommend your channel to every nursing student I know. Thanks for doing what you do.

After covid I now have this, it feels like my heart is skipping and fluttering with a boom or heart beat feeling that catches up.

I'm doing pretty good in med surg but I recently got busy and had fewer days to study for my recent test. Usually, I read the whole chapters and then watch some youtube videos with whatever time is left (which is usually not much). With fewer days to study for this test, I didn't have time to read my book as much as I usually do. I skimmed the chapters (just read the boxes and charts really) and then just took notes from your videos (as well as a few others, but mostly you). I felt like I would do bad on the test because I didn't read the book as much as I usually do. It turns out I tied my best grade, even with studying fewer days than I usually do! I think I figured out the best way to study now ;)

What causes a person to wake up and their heart just takes off racing up to 140 bpm?? Then it comes back down after a few minutes?? Only in the morning times??

You need to go in and get a cardiac tilt test. Go to your doctor and request this.
