I've health anxiety, and I have sinus tachycardia too, and that's normal nothing to worry about. Just take a deep breath. Inhale hold for 5 sec and exhale slowly. Do a yoga, deep breathing daily. Regular exercise. Sinus tachycardia is completely normal. Don't be stress always.
My Fitbit doesn't help my health anxiety at all. I'm constantly checking my heart rate. I know it's making it worse but I do it anyway..

i recently got diagnosed with inappropriate sinus tachycardia. i wore a zio patch (heart monitor) for 7 days and had an echocardiogram last week. my heart is completely healthy and has a perfect rhythm. the only problem was my heart rate was always high. i’ve been taking metoprolol for 2 weeks now which is a beta blocker. i feel normal now. my resting heart rate is now in the 70’s-80’s when before it was always in the high 90’s and normally around 110 bpm. i would go on walks around my neighborhood with my mom and my heart rate would go up to 185 bpm and just getting out of bed to use the bathroom it would be 135 bpm. using metoprolol has helped a lot and i can feel a difference. there is hope and trust me if you struggle with a fast heart rate there is a lot of things doctors can do to help!
I have this same situtation, did you ever feel lighteheaded or almost pass out when it would go up? I have a perfectly healthy heart but mine still shoots up and makes me fee dizzy.
Thankyou so much.
Wow. Same for me.
I'm in the same situation, this might be good information for me to use. Thanks
How much mg u taking
Iam just 15 years old, actually i don't know the real cause of tachycardia, but sometimes, suddenly, my heart rate get increases, it hit 175 BPM per minute, it causes dizziness and heavy breathing, also iam lil bit asthmatic so its kinda different to cope out, after a while, it disapears. The feeling during tachycardia is like my heart beating like sponging, heavy beats. I have iron deficiency too. Anyway, to deal with tachycardia, i found out that, you can lay down on the floor, with your legs on top of table or something, take deep breath, also, do eat something, juices, or something good, cravings, it helps alot. And usually, try to relax your mind, the best and challenging game is to have your mind RelaXed❤️ do pray for my health
Are you okay now?

I have this sort of fast pulse because of the anxiety and emotional stress. But I handle it. It goes up to 125-130 and then to 65-75.
Im so happy to think I am not the only one because I was thinking maybe it could be a undiagnosed congenital heart disease, I really hope not
@Prathmesh Kadlag I have this fast pulse for 2 years by now. I checked cardiologist doctor 3 times. He didn't find anything wrong, he told me to take some pills based on Valerian to chill out.
So, when my pulse go crazy, I drink some cold water, take some fresh air or take a cold shower to reset the heart pumps.
The most important factor for y'all is to do some sports, do some exercise and dont sit all day on a chair like me.
Also you should check what's the cause that triggers the fast pulse. Even if starts like from nothing, there must be a factor that triggers the pulse, either coffee, alcohol, etc.
@@leoo011 buy a medical pulsoximeter and get used with that feeling.

Can it be cured I just got it
this happens to me too, my resting hr is in the 50s at bed. My hr will sky rocket when i stand up, have anxiety but this does not feel like anxiety. I get dizzy upon standing and my heart will start to pound and of course ill get anxious right after. My chest gets heavy as well. I doubt its low blood pressure since i take 25 mg metoprolol daily. Its horrible. My hr does tend to stabilize tho after a min or 2 so i doubt its POTs
I have this and i hate it when my heart starts flaring up i start feeling uneasy like i cant walk around or my heart rate beats around 130-140 and it makes me where i have to sit down i have to take metoprolol and corlanor for this but once that gets in my system i can do everything without any problems
Can you do running and exercises too normally after taking it??
@@SagarGol yeah it makes it easier but without it my heart goes crazy
I have copd and my heart rate is 170+ sometimes.
I have tachycardia since a very little age. My heartbeat was/is always higher than 100 bpm. Even when I'm sleeping or relaxing, it is around 85-95 bpm. It is annoying because I just exercise a little bit, and my heartbeat goes up to 150-160 and it's harder to breath.
5 years ago I spent 3 days in a hospital, because my heartbeat suddenly went up to 230 bpm. I felt very dizzy, I didn't feel my legs, I was very weak, and I throw up. But the doctors didn't say anything, they said I'm fine. And a few month later the same thing happened. I was in the hospital for 3 days for nothing. They didn't even do a 24 hour EKG or anything like that. They said I had a panic attack and that's it. But I know it wasn't that, I didn't panic. And I experienced panic attacks last year (2020 was very hard for me) and it was totally different.
And I still don't know what to do, and I don't want to take medicines.
I can't relate to this comment so much🥺

I've had symptoms of this since getting the first Pfizer dose which is both super scary and confusing. It seems to be fine without anxiety but I'm so confused why symptoms started and have persisted since literally 12 hours after the shot..
My symptoms started around the exact same time and for the exact same reason. All sorts of symptoms I never had and of course the first thing Kaiser wants to say is “do you suffer from anxiety”. Not any more than the average person. I suffer from a vaccine now though. I’m trying to get as much information on sinus tachycardia before my doctor calls to go over my EKG results.
Just got diagnosed with this after my first Pfizer shot. Wish I’d never gone through with it

I got this after COVID-19 and never had before it feels like fluttering or skipping beats and then a strong thump or beat after the flutter. I also feel dizzy and headache with light foggy blurred vision. Never the same after covid. This happens with rest daily when lying down or sitting.

I got tachycardia after having COVID. Im just 14 and my regular heartbeat is always 135-140 up. When I run or climb up the stairs it becomes 180. I feel so discomfort and lil pain in my chest. When my heartbeat goes up I feel so difficulty in breathing. I consulted with a cardiologist and they said that it's just tachycardia and it would be alright after 3 months medicine course. But unfortunately it's been 10 months since I'm on medicines but my condition has become worse.😔 The saddest part is I can't even dance or properly ride bicycle nowadays which are my favourite things to do cuz whenever I start cycling my heartbeat extremely goes up and I run out of breath.

I was diagnosed with this but I think its wrong. My heartrate increases with 45-50 bpm immediately when I stand up. When I'm laying or sitting, but especially laying. Its only around 65 :/ is this possible to misdiagnose or is it too obvious?
What I did the test my heart rate was elevated because I had been walking and standing upright before laying down on the hospital bed
Heart rate when increased 45 to 50 bpm when standing and is normal when sitting or laying is considered postural tachycardia it's due to low blood pressure while standing due to autonomic system failing to constrict vessels and blood pooling down due to gravity it's different from sinus tachycardia

This started for me two days ago, when my heart rate went super high when I was just playing piano and kept going up and down and I had palpitations. Then yesterday, I was just walking my dog when my heart rate went up to 190 and I had to ask a nearby neighbor for help. My heart rate kept going up and down. I went to the ER and was there for 5 hours while they did tests. They ruled out all of the scary stuff, so that is puzzling. They said it was probably caused by stress and/or dehydration. Like, I wasn't doing anything stressful????? My resting heart rate still isn't normal. I hope I don't have another attack today. 😭
