You said the CV has to be framed with 80% of skills relevant to the job we are applying, on the other hand the linkedin profile should match with the CV we apply. How do we have to manage with one linkedin profile when different employers with different job description look for our CV and linkedin match?

Your videos are helpful to uk job seekers and I am one of them. To get skilled worker visa we need 70 points. Now I have 60 points but need 10 points by getting naric certificate. But I have done masters in uk do I really need to apply naric certificate?

Hey , I am not aware of that but I’m aware that there are Fb groups called ‘Tier2 visa sponsorship’ jobs. So try finding more similar groups on Fb .

Hi Sarika, it seems very few jobs have been listed for sponsorship ya relocation and we can able to find them only in linkedin. Is there any other job portals which can help us to segregate sponsored jobs and am a civil engineer and civil related jobs are under shortlisted occupations' yet no company is ready to sponsor for a candidate with required skillset.
Lemme know if you come across any job portal or else if you can provide any reference in construction industry. I have an experience of 4.7 years in tendering & bidding, cost estimation and planning and key accounts management.
Hey for IT field best portal is Stackoverflow .
From your explanation of the role I see it is not hard code in civil engineering but you are on the other side of it , so from my knowledge & experience, there will be hardly (or very few) any company who will sponsor visa for international job seekers .
However for international students , it’s still better because once u are in the U.K. , you get to work with U.K. companies & soak up the U.K. culture , so more companies are willing to sponsor visa . So websites like Ukhired.com is really useful for them.

Thank you , but some of the requirements is to have "driving licence and access to your own car " , how will that happen as a foreigner.
If you are an international student, u can drive up to one year from entry date using naija license
i often see you doing videos related to only engineering courses, could you also do any video regarding biotechnology, biomedical engineering, health care management, food science courses etc.... because here, hell lot of people are struggling to get the right gudience, we are completely in confusion, to make our career choices regarding this respective field.....we often do not find anyone talking about courses like this...

I have 16+ years of experience in Java-J2EE technology (development/implementation as well as support & maintenance). I am an Architect. I do have a niche skill.
I do have a PG degree in computer science (full time collage degree). I have worked and working in MNCs in Hyderabad.
I do have my H1 stamped and actually I could fly now if I want. But I want to move to UK. UK dream caught me strong.
My UK format resume is also ready. E&Y shortlisted my resume but when they found sponsorship is needed, they backed out.

If the job description mentions it supports equal employment opportunity EEO, does it mean candidates from other countries can apply as well?
What is EEO ?
This line means equal opportunity but doesn’t say that international candidates can apply . So just be careful before you apply such jobs .

Note: The employee has Indian degree not uk degree. The experience is in India.

I am 59 Working for a group of 5 Star Hotels in London earning 90K pa.
When you have made your CV and you think it is fine and happy with it please do not modify. The job which you are destined is yours only remember that.
I gave many interviews in the UK, when I got an email saying UNFORTUNAETLY YOU ARE NOT SELECTED what do I do? Just put in a folder named Stupid People thats it ...No need to get stressed or blame anyone. Just move forward and keep applying for another companies and never apply that company anymore who reject you and for sure you will get Job with the same CV
