You get a reference by first creating an account with ecctis and starting your statement of comparability application. When you start the application, you will see the number on top

In the 1980's,we did the Post secondary Teachers training and got a teaching certificate without Transcript.But I have a Diploma in Adult Education and a degree in Management as well.Can i apply the SOC with my Teachers cert A without a transcript?

I've watched to your video sir. Concerning the SOC registration, you said " Transcript and final Certificate " should be sent to EÑIC UK. You also mentioned that if the academic qualification is not in English language, then the individual would submit his/her transcript and Final certification to ENIC UK.
MY question is if the individual academic qualification is English education can he/she apply, even without the transcript?
And again, when you showed us how to create an account on ENIC UK and the application process, there was a space for transcript, what if the person don't have? which brings me to my first question.
Documents needed for ENIC Soc are transcripts + waec certificate + final certificate
If English was not your medium of instruction then you need a certified translation of your documents

The MOI as per what is on the guidelines for the 1/2/23 qts application is directly submitted to the TRA. If you look at it, it doesn’t state that you have to submit the MOI to ENIC for verification.

You don’t need ielts, you can apply for naric certificate with your degree

No, there is no extra cost. But any additional qualifications should go with a certificate and a transcript. Except the senior high school certificate

I have never heard caregivers doing statement of compatibility.
If you have a degree you can do ENIC English language proficiency for your visa
Ask the employer what they mean by conversion of your certificate

Most institutions require the organization to write to them requesting for the student transcript. Will ENIC do this or wait for the institution to send the transcript to them without a formal request from them?
You first create your Soc account and give your account or reference number to your school. They have to add your reference number when posting or emailing your documents
