Just did the luggage rack and top box install. Thanks to your excellent videos I did the whole thing in about 25 minutes. Thanks for your excellent content! :)
Great video I went for the Givi 450 top box it was much cheaper and I preferred the look, only issue is finding the luggage rack in very short supply in Canada. I hoping I find it before summer starts .
Thanks for the video! I noticed that Triumph rack has a maximum load of 5 kg and that Givi rack has a maximum load of 10 kg. Would you have taken the Givi rack if it was available at the time of producing this video?
These videos have been so informative and given me lots of confidence that I could do this myself. Can you share which torque wrench sizes you have as it seems like an important tool to invest in.
I currently have two that cover most of my needs. TEKTON 3/8 in. Torque Wrench (10-80 ft.-lb),TEKTON 1/4 in. Torque Wrench (10-150 in./lb.). I still need a larger one for handling chain adjustments, etc.
The box certainly does look big and I’m thinking of a smaller one personally. I know with the triumph one you just insert the lock that’s supplied with the bike but do you know if one were to buy a different top box could that lock be substituted for the triumph one to just use one key for everything?
Thanks man for another detailed install 💯 .. hows the quick shifter working out for ya ? Still having issues ? Thanks for your time - im a tiger660 user out here in the Philippines
Hey man. I'll receive my tiger 660 next week and i was just wondering how you feel with the top case rack. It says it only holds 5kg of weight and that, less the weight of the top box does not leave a lot of carrying capacity. How has your experience been so far and how much weight you usually put in there? Oh and thank you so much for such an amazing content!
I personally kept the weight under the recommended maximum when I was using it. I put larger, lighter items in there. It was great for holding my helmet, jacket and other gear when I was out for a ride. I think it would work great for road trips to hold clothing and other lighter items like that. Hope that helps.
I liked your video, very professional and the music kind of soothing not distracting.
Thanks, I try to keep a chill vibe on the instructional videos 😎.

I've used Givi top boxes on other bikes and really like them.
Just installed it. Easy peasy thanks to your video. 🙏🙏

Great video. I'm on the fence with whether I want to install this or not and the up close look at the case and the install helps a lot.
Glad it helped. The case is large for sure. Great for touring capacity, but I do wish Triumph made a smaller one for day-to-day.

The quick shifter is working good since the last service appointment. I use it all the time.

Is that top case stable enough for a passenger to rest against? If so is there any padding available for that? Thanks
There is a Triumph backrest pad that can be installed to make pillion a little more comfortable. In my opinion, it would be stable to rest against.
@@KSSTUDIOSThanks, going bike shopping with my son tomorrow.
Do you have weight of this case?
The top case itself is very light, probably less than 2 lbs. (1kg). The case is rated to safely carry 11lbs (5kg).
Looks kinda wide for the bike tbh 🤔
It is a little wide, but the storage is pretty good as long as you don't load it up with heavy items.
@@KSSTUDIOS Yeah I am getting one now, just waiting it arrive. :D
