2:41 I believe that is a ballista, which is a type of crossbow rather than a catapult. 8:09 King's Cross and St. Pancras are separate mainline train stations that are next door to each other. King's Cross St. Pancras is the London Underground station that serves both mainline stations. While King's Cross has been used in lots of film and TV productions, West End Girls was filmed at Waterloo.
This went well. The first round I only got because I've been there, albeit quite a few years ago now. Round 2 I've been to more times than I can count, most recently last month I think. Round 3 I've not visited but I was pretty certain was on Orkney as it's on my bucket list. Please to only drop 1 point given the lack of detail on the map. Round 4 is another place on my bucket list. I was somewhat lucky to get only 1 yard way though. Round 5 is somewhere else I've been to many times, although not as recently as round 2.
Wasn't very good game for me. First round it took me a long while to find out the name of the castle, but even still I couldn't find where it was, cause I couldn't find a way out of it. Ended up being about 120km away. Second round I fortunately knew where it was so that was easy 5k. Third round again had no idea where it could be, so just guessed Loch Ness. Fourth round I first thought would be way more South, but then found some signs to point me to Scotland. Unfortunately missed the correct spot by 2 points tho. Last round was again easier and managed to do that without moving too. 17.5k score.
A lot of us have been to Warwick Castle because it's operated more or less as a theme park. I've not been to the Scottish locations but I had a rough idea where to look.
@@alloverthemap23 It's also very common for schools to take their kids to Warwick Castle because it's the most accessible castle, I remember going there and seeing them reenact a trebuchet being fired which was pretty cool!
I suppose this is the next step on the road to reaction videos. But I figured I find so many interesting locations on these games, why not just research it? Glad you like it and thanks for watching!

A theme park? Are there actors who dress up like it's the middle ages?
@@alloverthemap23 indeed there are

Love this, love the addition of the Wikipedia research. Have been on the Falkirk wheel at the visitor centre, it’s pretty cool.
