rainbolt! amazing content as usual, but i have a request. i would love to see a collab with geomouse! hes a smaller creator, but hes extremely talented and a genuinely nice guy. i think you two would be so entertaining and an amazing team!
I tried to play along and guess before I heard the correct answer: 1. USA (I’ve seen roads that look similar but honestly had no idea what country it was.) 2. Indonesia (I saw the dense vegetation and just guessed the first south Asian country that came to mind) 3. Canada (I almost guessed a Nordic country like Finland but decided to just pick Canada) 4. Peru (I’ve watched videos of people traveling on dangerous roads in Peru and that road looked similar to the roads I saw in those videos. 5. Australia (I honestly had no clue what this one was and just guessed a random country)
3rd one screamed Québec right away. Our national tree is the yellow birch, so when you see a lot of white trees intermingled with coniferous trees, you might just be there. Lots of hills. Always a ditch on the side of the road since it's very humid and we have a lot of freshwater bodies around. Might not be Québec, but sure as hell is around that area.
South African here, something about the weather mixed with the tree bark and leaves gave me a familiar vibe for the first guess. Dirt roads are common especially in more rural areas. Fencing is somewhat similar to what is on our walls by the roads. Perhaps in the Free State or Mpumalanga provinces is the vibe I feel.
As a Norwegian, it was so obvious to me that the Canada one was not in Scandinavia at all, because of the dirt road. It simply doesn't look Scandinavian. I don't know why. Forest roads like these are either made with asphalt, gravel, or just mud...
@ 11:00 the vultures in the sky flying in a way to indicate it is a black vulture helps with the guess (black vulture in panama) learn your birds people😉
I love to play along with these and actually.. the first one the dirst seemed reddish -y and it seemed very african to me. my first thought was brazil, but it's too dry and flat so i thought south africa. but i changed my mind soon after, and ended thinking america because that's what all of the pros were saying.
It's crazy that I've never played this game yet all of my gut intuition guesses were within some of the Pros guesses and even got two right. My guesses were: 1. Australia 2. Colombia 3. Canada 4. Peru 5. Phillipines 1. The neatly aligned 'tree fence', rural straight road, and mountains in the view gave it an Australian feel. 2. Visited Medellin twice and the soil and vegetation were familiar, especially to a park I went there 'Parque Arvi' 3. Trees/landscape seemed to me like very north rural American but seeing the snow I thought it would most likely be Canada. 4. The fog and mountainous road gave away the high elevation, and the vegetation looked south american and Peru has a lot of towns built in highly elevated ground. 5. The vegetation and rock pavement on the sides of the road looked way to closely to that from where I was born and raised (Puerto Rico) but missing the lines in the streets that divide the two way traffic, so I thought the country had to be in a similar latitude, less developed, and possibly Asia since there hadn't been an asian country in the previous 4 rounds.
spoilers r1: south africa (much less off of metas or real reason, 10% feel and 90% just a lucky guess) r2: brazil (don’t play remotely enough to even consider panama or know anything about what it looks like) r3: latvia (unsure exactly why. looking back scandinavia does make a bit more sense) r4: sri (this was my bad miss sorta, considered SA but something said sri to me) r5: australia (was between southern africa and aus/NZ, completely blanked out on SE asia but probably would have guessed thailand anyways. gotta catch up on my southern cambodian roads)
I got one point guessing Canada, and I was pretty close on the other one guessing northern Chile. Absolutely awesome quiz~ I'm honestly surprised how much the clouds affect my decisions.
My guesses: 1. Australia 2. Cuba 3. Canada 4. Somewhere in the Andes (I think it looks a lot like the geology around tourist destinations) 5. Thailand (just SMELLS a little Asian to me. Asia loves paving tourist locations in weird rural locations) Always getting close but relying too hard on geology I think. I'm not counting my guesses on 4 and 5 (1/5)
Only one i got right was canada. 1 - America 2 - Nigeria 3 - CANADA 4 - New zealand (gave me lotr vibes lol) 5 - had no idea, but i thought it was south africa for some reason
Dang, been to 4/5 of these countries and could never pinpoint the landscape like they do! I was just hiking in Panama last month and that soft red dirt and the tropical shrubs definitely reminded me of that (like Boquete, El Valle area) but I would've never have guessed! Could only guess Canada but that's my home country, and those gravel roads and birch trees remind me of rural Alberta.
Would be kinda fun to have a noob contestant in these super hard custom super hard games as well as the pros, just as a reference. Like a random viewer or so
South Africa felt obvious to me. Because of the mountains in the background. Everybody was about the fence but....moutains. I had 3 of them right: - South Africa, - Canada (pretty much out of luck just because we had snow today and I saw snow on the blurry shot of the view and I said "Canada" as a joke and then thought it could actually be it), - Peru (it came instantly to me, everything looked like Peru) Pretty sure not knowing about random fences or roads helped me (I've played Geoguessr a bit but I hate the full meta gameplay)
I've seen many nations like Canada, US at times that people think looks like Scandinavia and to me as a Scandinavian it does not. But I have to admit that that Canadian round really looks like it could be here in Scandinavia. Looks like something I'd see just outside my door. A very difficult one.
I think being dumb and bad actually made this easier lmao I guessed purely based off vibes 1) South Africa, vibes felt Australian outback at first cuz of the terrain but felt like it was too green so I went back to Africa 2) Columbia, this one was the hardest for me cuz there wasn't much to go off of but just felt SA 3) US, I live in the US and I feel like I've driven through here before lmao thought it could've been like rural upstate NY or like Washington or something but Canada makes sense 4) Peru, Machu Picchu looks like it could be around the corner this was an immediate guess for me 5) Thailand, got Med and African vibes for a bit cuz of the rocky sides of the road but foliage just felt more SE Asia This was a really interesting video cuz all these guys know all the little metas and misc things that clearly help but can also through off their thinking and we saw a lot of examples of both these outcomes
Hey RAINBOLT I live in Canada and I must say , you have a crazy ability to identify Thunder Bay, Ontario, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. Gotta work on that Alberta though 🤣 love you huge fan
Proud of my performance (I've been to Peru and South africa) My guesses: 1. South Africa (correct) 2. Costa Rica 3. Norway 4. Peru (correct) 5. Indonesia
1: Australia 2: Brasil 3: USA (Was between US and Canada and am upset at myself lol) 4: Argentina 5: ??? I am just glad that my 4 guesses were mentioned by them since I am just silver. lol but 5 was so foreign that I didn't even have a guess. This was super fun to try and watch afterward too.
lol my guess 1. middle west america ( the fence, the line of trees, hills in, and the farm to the left) 2. south america (the type of plants and the weather) 3. Canada (because of the snow and the large pine forest in the back round) 4. scottland (rocking cliffs, fogy, and the plants) 5. west asia (the plants, and the high altitude)
Should be one point for right north south hemisphere. One point for east-west hemisphere. 2 points for getting within one country. And 3-5 additional points for getting the right country.
As someone who was born in Sweden and live in Norway I would have guessed either of those on the Canadian one as it looks very similar to the small country dirt roads we have here.
my guesses as a casual rainbolt viewer (before anyone starts theorizing) 1- argentina 2- malaysia 3- finland (second guess was canada but i thought it was too obvious) 4- brazil 5- ‘stralia
Finnish guy here, I've visited both Sweden and Norway and in that round there were lots of familiar details but over all it felt somewhat off to be the Nordics (definitely not Norway) and too "clean" to be Russia. So I went for Canada.
I saw nothing Scandinavian in it either. But then again, I'm so easily fooled. I went for rural Croatia the other day and it was rural Finland. The place was just so deceptive.
In the second round slightly left and above the blue pole you'll see what I believe to be a turkey vulture, which only live in the Americas. A small detail that most people would have missed 12:00
@@luisadojan4124 I don't know if you are blind, though what I do know is that there are about 9 (possibly 10) vultures in sky of round two, though you have to zoom in to see them. If you look a bit up and right of RC' cam (around his hairline) you'll see a branch with almost no leaves, look above that and zoom in, then you'll probably spot the vulture.
The first one really looks like South Africa to me I'm from there and it seems very plausible to me that it was here. But it could be somewhere else, I guess I just saw the reveal and I'm very excited that I'm right!
Guesses 1. South africa(looks bad so I'll assume africa and doesn't look like a desert so southern africa and south africa is the 1st one that came to mind) 2. Myanmar (Looks kinda asian but i have no clue so I'll guess random SEA country) 3. Canada (I'm Finnish and this feels a bit familiar but way off so I'll guess it isn't nordic and I'll guess canada) 4. Peru (Looks weird and mountainy so i think its western south america, Chile feels too easy so peru ) 5. Malaysia (Looks weird and i got another SEA vibe so Malaysia)
My guess, though I've never played geoguessr 1: USA (reminds me of places I've seen in RDR2). 2: Colombia 3: Instant guess for Canada, as a Canadian I can recognize that vegetation anywhere, the ditches on side of the road with those long herbs and forest of birch trees mixed with conifers just gives it away, though if there was very similar vegetation in other countries would probably foul me. 4: My guess is Peru due to mountainous road, I feel it looks like the stereotypical Peru road in medias (comics, movies, cartoons...) 5: I have no idea, the trees makes me think of south Asia but I couldn't point a specific country... 2/5

Rainbolt is so wholesome and friendly!!!!!!!
Have a great day- from Canada
South African here, something about the weather mixed with the tree bark and leaves gave me a familiar vibe for the first guess. Dirt roads are common especially in more rural areas. Fencing is somewhat similar to what is on our walls by the roads. Perhaps in the Free State or Mpumalanga provinces is the vibe I feel.
As a Norwegian, it was so obvious to me that the Canada one was not in Scandinavia at all, because of the dirt road. It simply doesn't look Scandinavian. I don't know why. Forest roads like these are either made with asphalt, gravel, or just mud...
or if they are dirt roads, they are FULL of holes. then you know you are in scandinavia xD that's how i guesses kanada anyway...
That’s true and I’m pretty sure they all knew it, but because the challenge was hard and full of bait, I guess Scandinavia was the closest guess
This would be a great serie, this videi was so good
@ 11:00 the vultures in the sky flying in a way to indicate it is a black vulture helps with the guess (black vulture in panama) learn your birds people😉
It was fun hearing the reasoning for each picture!
My guesses were:
1. Australia
2. Colombia
3. Canada
4. Peru
5. Phillipines
1. The neatly aligned 'tree fence', rural straight road, and mountains in the view gave it an Australian feel.
2. Visited Medellin twice and the soil and vegetation were familiar, especially to a park I went there 'Parque Arvi'
3. Trees/landscape seemed to me like very north rural American but seeing the snow I thought it would most likely be Canada.
4. The fog and mountainous road gave away the high elevation, and the vegetation looked south american and Peru has a lot of towns built in highly elevated ground.
5. The vegetation and rock pavement on the sides of the road looked way to closely to that from where I was born and raised (Puerto Rico) but missing the lines in the streets that divide the two way traffic, so I thought the country had to be in a similar latitude, less developed, and possibly Asia since there hadn't been an asian country in the previous 4 rounds.
spoilers
r1: south africa (much less off of metas or real reason, 10% feel and 90% just a lucky guess)
r2: brazil (don’t play remotely enough to even consider panama or know anything about what it looks like)
r3: latvia (unsure exactly why. looking back scandinavia does make a bit more sense)
r4: sri (this was my bad miss sorta, considered SA but something said sri to me)
r5: australia (was between southern africa and aus/NZ, completely blanked out on SE asia but probably would have guessed thailand anyways. gotta catch up on my southern cambodian roads)
RC's cam at 4:28 remind me of when the anime character is about to go insane meme 😂
Why is google here “bruh”😂
13:51 as a latvian, I immediately went Latvia. So many little country roads look exactly like this, even feels like I've driven there 😅
I got one point guessing Canada, and I was pretty close on the other one guessing northern Chile. Absolutely awesome quiz~
I'm honestly surprised how much the clouds affect my decisions.
Tasmania coming in clutch, that was amazing
so many 🐐s in one vid this is a treat
My guesses:
1. Australia
2. Cuba
3. Canada
4. Somewhere in the Andes (I think it looks a lot like the geology around tourist destinations)
5. Thailand (just SMELLS a little Asian to me. Asia loves paving tourist locations in weird rural locations)
Always getting close but relying too hard on geology I think. I'm not counting my guesses on 4 and 5 (1/5)
Thw last guess of Zi8gzag was insane! How on earth will you ever go Tasmania there? That's wild!😮😮😊😊
2:34 "i am not gonna over think this. or.. do I?" thats so relatable
Only one i got right was canada.
1 - America
2 - Nigeria
3 - CANADA
4 - New zealand (gave me lotr vibes lol)
5 - had no idea, but i thought it was south africa for some reason
I had 3 of them right:
- South Africa,
- Canada (pretty much out of luck just because we had snow today and I saw snow on the blurry shot of the view and I said "Canada" as a joke and then thought it could actually be it),
- Peru (it came instantly to me, everything looked like Peru)
Pretty sure not knowing about random fences or roads helped me (I've played Geoguessr a bit but I hate the full meta gameplay)
Player names next to the faces on the screen would be helpful cuz idk about you but I dont know their faces
“So I can buy lunch” truer words never been spoken
I've seen many nations like Canada, US at times that people think looks like Scandinavia and to me as a Scandinavian it does not. But I have to admit that that Canadian round really looks like it could be here in Scandinavia. Looks like something I'd see just outside my door. A very difficult one.
As a Quebec Canada resident, I insta knew this was home. I called it out loud 3 seconds in.
Ziggi looks so different since the last time i saw him (in a good way)
I think being dumb and bad actually made this easier lmao I guessed purely based off vibes
1) South Africa, vibes felt Australian outback at first cuz of the terrain but felt like it was too green so I went back to Africa
2) Columbia, this one was the hardest for me cuz there wasn't much to go off of but just felt SA
3) US, I live in the US and I feel like I've driven through here before lmao thought it could've been like rural upstate NY or like Washington or something but Canada makes sense
4) Peru, Machu Picchu looks like it could be around the corner this was an immediate guess for me
5) Thailand, got Med and African vibes for a bit cuz of the rocky sides of the road but foliage just felt more SE Asia
This was a really interesting video cuz all these guys know all the little metas and misc things that clearly help but can also through off their thinking and we saw a lot of examples of both these outcomes
Hey RAINBOLT
I live in Canada and I must say , you have a crazy ability to identify Thunder Bay, Ontario, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. Gotta work on that Alberta though 🤣 love you huge fan
Proud of my performance (I've been to Peru and South africa)
My guesses:
1. South Africa (correct)
2. Costa Rica
3. Norway
4. Peru (correct)
5. Indonesia
1: Australia
2: Brasil
3: USA (Was between US and Canada and am upset at myself lol)
4: Argentina
5: ???
I am just glad that my 4 guesses were mentioned by them since I am just silver. lol but 5 was so foreign that I didn't even have a guess. This was super fun to try and watch afterward too.
lol
my guess
1. middle west america ( the fence, the line of trees, hills in, and the farm to the left)
2. south america (the type of plants and the weather)
3. Canada (because of the snow and the large pine forest in the back round)
4. scottland (rocking cliffs, fogy, and the plants)
5. west asia (the plants, and the high altitude)
4:47 ooo I instantly thought location 1 was Botswana because of the soil! Wasn’t right but good to know it was a close ish guess!
Should be one point for right north south hemisphere.
One point for east-west hemisphere.
2 points for getting within one country.
And 3-5 additional points for getting the right country.
All you have to do to win this game is look at rainbolt's face. When his eyebrows shoot up, it means you just said the right country.
This was an awesome vid
As someone who was born in Sweden and live in Norway I would have guessed either of those on the Canadian one as it looks very similar to the small country dirt roads we have here.
My guesses -
1. Greece
2. Indonesia
3. Canada
4. Peru
5. Italy
2/5. But I did not get any countries in the duel.
my guesses as a casual rainbolt viewer (before anyone starts theorizing)
1- argentina
2- malaysia
3- finland (second guess was canada but i thought it was too obvious)
4- brazil
5- ‘stralia
To me who lives in Sweden and Norway, it was obviously not scandinavian on round 3. My mind immediately went to NA
Finnish guy here, I've visited both Sweden and Norway and in that round there were lots of familiar details but over all it felt somewhat off to be the Nordics (definitely not Norway) and too "clean" to be Russia. So I went for Canada.
I'm Canadian and I instantly thought Canada too.
Idk I’m Swedish and it looked very Swedish to me. The sides of the road did not but the forest and field very much did
I saw nothing Scandinavian in it either. But then again, I'm so easily fooled. I went for rural Croatia the other day and it was rural Finland. The place was just so deceptive.
RC eyeball cam
The Canada one, the ditch on the side of the road really screamed Maritimes, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia maybe. It really looks like that.
In the second round slightly left and above the blue pole you'll see what I believe to be a turkey vulture, which only live in the Americas. A small detail that most people would have missed 12:00
Well duh.
Am I blind?
@@luisadojan4124 I don't know if you are blind, though what I do know is that there are about 9 (possibly 10) vultures in sky of round two, though you have to zoom in to see them. If you look a bit up and right of RC' cam (around his hairline) you'll see a branch with almost no leaves, look above that and zoom in, then you'll probably spot the vulture.
@@andybjerregaard5639 OHHH IN THE SKY
The first one quickly reminded me of the movie Madagascar 2, Where Alex gets stolen and his dad chases the truck to save him.
The first one really looks like South Africa to me
I'm from there and it seems very plausible to me that it was here. But it could be somewhere else, I guess
I just saw the reveal and I'm very excited that I'm right!
that country in the last one seems like a great place for a holiday
Guesses
1. South africa(looks bad so I'll assume africa and doesn't look like a desert so southern africa and south africa is the 1st one that came to mind)
2. Myanmar (Looks kinda asian but i have no clue so I'll guess random SEA country)
3. Canada (I'm Finnish and this feels a bit familiar but way off so I'll guess it isn't nordic and I'll guess canada)
4. Peru (Looks weird and mountainy so i think its western south america, Chile feels too easy so peru )
5. Malaysia (Looks weird and i got another SEA vibe so Malaysia)
My guess, though I've never played geoguessr
1: USA (reminds me of places I've seen in RDR2).
2: Colombia
3: Instant guess for Canada, as a Canadian I can recognize that vegetation anywhere, the ditches on side of the road with those long herbs and forest of birch trees mixed with conifers just gives it away, though if there was very similar vegetation in other countries would probably foul me.
4: My guess is Peru due to mountainous road, I feel it looks like the stereotypical Peru road in medias (comics, movies, cartoons...)
5: I have no idea, the trees makes me think of south Asia but I couldn't point a specific country...
2/5
