Perhaps a longer video for people who are not as familiar with CZ (like me). Could you direct me to a more detailed description / comparison? Perhaps something that starts at the introductory level firearm and works all the way through Czechmate? Thank you.
Yeah...you're sorta not the customer for custom work then. Most of the additional cost is all the hand fitting and custom labor, not the difference in parts or colors.
Just a 1911 style barrel bushing which increases accuracy and tighter lock up of the barrel and the hand fitted frame to slide it worth it. if you ever held both guns in your hand, you would definitely feel the difference it is but when you realize what you’re paying for it’s definitely worth it.
I use my Glock 34 pistol most in a simple Handgun League. I am thinking of upgrading to a CZ Shadow in the future, but recently learned that it is double action on the first trigger pull and single action after that (unless you decock). It seems that change in pull between the first shot and follow on shots will hurt accuracy. Is it possible to get a CZ Shadow that is only single action for all trigger pulls (like the 1911), so that all shots will require about the same trigger pull?
Now make an Orange with an Optics Cut - it’s retarded in 2022 that you don’t offer that The rear sight should be windage adjustable instead of having to drift the insanely hard to drift dove tail mount
These guns are meant for production division. They are also great for carry optics if you get it cut. But if you're a serious competitor it's not a big deal between the cost of literal thousands upon thousands of rounds shot each year, the gun itself, the optic, as well as holster + mags to just get it cut lol
A larger safety, short trigger reset bar, hand fitted slide to frame and their competition hammer & and a 1911 style barrel bushing for tighter lock up. The most important features in the orange lineup is the 1911 style barrel bushing for tighter lockup and the hand fitted slide to frame. There’s literally zero play the gun literately feels like it’s riding on ball bearings after it’s broken in definitely worth the extra price, just really wish they offered an optic ready version from the factory.
Sorry, no close captioning. This video is totally useless as I have 3 CZ pistols, 2 in 9mm (orange & blue) and one in 40 S&W Caliber. As I see the Orange CZ has a longer barrel and higher cap mags, no presenter is talking about the performance difference if there is any. Shadow Blue is a Great Gun and shoots very well in the hands of a crummy shooter like me (I never had any mentor). My testing is very simple, shoot from a resting position and see the grouping. So far CZ Blue & Beretta 92 Target Extreme and Kimber 1911 Stainless Target Pistols seem to be very good, I will never touch Taurus, Glocks, S&Wesson.
so, the difference are tha shorter disconnector and different colours on the grip and releasebutton - the THIS leads us to a price difference of 500+ EUR???? Really?
Orange is "hand fit" slide to frame. Biggest difference is the Orange has a hand-fit barrel bushing like a Colt 1911. The Blue Shadow 2 does not have the barrel bushing.
@@tele1311 I feel the difference, but IMHO its not worth the price.... on the other hand, I shoot a Laugo Alien.... an amazing piece of kit, but also not worth THIS amount of money.
it is one fret heavier, you don't understand a competition pistol with a fixed rear sight at more than $1000 without saying that it has problems with the reamer used, I think it was designed by a computer out of measurements...a failure for CZ,... Today on the street new below the price of Shadows 2..failure of CZ-USA
Very nice looking. I especially like the bright colors.
I like this kind of video... it's just the right length. I don't get bored and I get the info i need. thank you.
right! 25 min vids to get the same info is awful
Living The CZ Life !!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for uploading!
I luv the czechnology
I can't see those fuge differences adding up to $500 extra... just saying

It's not worth the $500 difference 💯

Appreciate this video!
Please make an optics ready orange version!
Yeah, I've been thinking the same thing. Then I found that you can get your slide milled for your optic by Cajun Gun Works.
Orange should come OR. I need that for my Bullseye Shooting league. I will buy the Blue Optic Ready pistol.

Love CZ!!!
When will get the shadow 2 orange with an optics ready slide?

@@jamesrobinson7732a lot of guys focus too much on the gun and too little on the skill and ammo needed
so what’s the actual difference between the blue and orange shadow 2?
the color. the comparisons were to zhadaow 1
Shadow 2 orange has better more tight build.
