A bit far out there at N Pattaya Rd and 3rd Rd but not horrible considering baht buses running N/S/E/W. That 20yr elite VISA being included in purchase does make it quite more interesting I gotta say! I personally would not rent a place for 20k/mo that is that far NE of beach. However to purchase a nice comfy luxury pad *and* get 20yr elite VISA is definitely worth a consideration. Appreciate the video

Not worth considering for shorter term stays as a rental. Too far away from Beach Road. If one is planning to buy and reside in Pattaya the location is ok...but I would be concerned about noise from shorter term guests. The signs in front of the condo plainly advertise for 30 day stays....
