because the tail boom is not tapered, there is excess mass in it. this excess mass contributes to more tail-heaviness in the model's dom.
242 servos do NOT go at the tail.!!! because, doing so makes the tail HEAVY.! which further increases the amount of tail-heaviness in the dom.
730 this is a SF prop.! all you guys use them, when a (stiff) E prop SHOULD be used, instead.
this model will fly 'better', if you will 'normalize' its dom. by moving the servos to Near the cg, and remove material from the tail boom in order to 'improve' its dom. googletranslate

this plane flies perfect. No more modification needed in it. Tail seemed heavier to you just because I was giving it a pitch up input in high winds.
