Order Delivery or Pickup with Date, Time and Location Plugin- Best for Restaurant and Grocery Store

Hi, hope someone can help me. I am trying to use this type of plugin for flower arrangement type of product. I want the customer to be able to choose the delivery date with at least 24 hours of time to prepare the order but I want customers to be able to select the same date and time for up to 3 items.
let me explain, so let's say I have 3 different customers and they want to the same delivery date and time, I want them to be able to pick this same date and time when checking-out. however if there is a 4th customer who also wants this delivery date and time, I want this date and time to show as not available or grayed-out. but they can choose a different time such 30 minutes later.
The reason being is because on special dates, like mother's day, many customers buy my product but want to pick same date and time and I'm limited to 3 delivery drivers, so how can I deliver 4 products to 4 different customers at the same time?
so I just want to gray the option out so that the customer is forced to pick a different time.

Mam if we add delivery times after time exists for upto 9am to 10pm after that they will not order anything and order form will be disabled
