  • These are a back saver when working through logs. Sometimes I just bend over and cut the logs. Sometimes I use my tractor grapple to lift the logs into a comfortable cutting position. But my favorite method is to use this Jawhorse. It takes only seconds to clamp a log into place and the cuts are made in a very comfortable position. The Log Jaws are hard to find but they show up on craigslist or marketplace about once/year. I think there are off brand copies but I'm unsure if they fit. It'd also be simple to make something like this out of angle iron. The jawhorse itself folds up and doesn't take up much space in the garage.
The model number for this accessory is
Model #RK9101. Here's a link to the product from Lowes, although it is not available for purchase:

Picked it up on Facebook marketplace. They made a lot of different attachments for this jawhorse, even a welding attachment. I use them all. I wish Rockwell was still making attachments.

Do you know if the ones made by Triton fit?

@@npp909I don’t. I was just going to make some out of angle iron if I couldn’t find these. I think a rough looking copy could be easily made.
