I will say the TD line is exceptionally good in the right hands. I've bounced rounds from neatly every other TD using the 103b, provided you angle yourself correctly. Definitely not user friendly, but the DPM, camo, accuracy, shell velocity and that angled armor makes it incredibly powerful if you are seasoned within the game.
Proper job! Love the "Nation" overviews. I challenge anyone to bounce something in the STRV 74 or Leo for that matter and *not* get a fuzzy feeling. Think the Swedes were a great addition to the game.
Clipsey! Great overview. I quite liked the Swedes, not a bad line to grind. Might do them again. I just started a new account, from scratch, to see what the game is like now for new players coming in. Well, I was surprised. The emphasis is very much towards Cold War - by the time you complete the required 10 co-op missions you do get a nice haul of stuff including a 4 slot commander and the T95E3 (CW version) and other goodies. But the grind in WW2 at low tiers, I don't remember it being so frustrating. And there many experienced players in tier 3 & 4 seal clubbing in every game. I played like a new player might with no upgrades on the T3 and minimal on the T4 and there were a lot of frustrating games. I'd like to see you do a "starting over" video on a new account from scratch and share the experience with us. Because being a new player now is SO much different to when you or I started playing on console. Thanks for the video!
As a new player, I appreciate the recognition. I prefer WW2 so far and while I'm really enjoying it, it's has been a real downer upgrading from the T-34 to the T-34 85 and feeling like an absolute potato getting 200xp max if I don't die in the first 2 minutes. The idea of going through the same thing for another 4 tiers with even higher XP scaling is eye watering. Part of me just wants to get back in the upgraded 34 and carry on having a taste of actually contributing to the match.
I just got the tier 10 medium Swedish tank and man I tell you what I have like 5 other tier 10 mediums and having that 12 degrees of gun depression and sloped pretty much impenetrable armor when sloped correctly it is the best medium I’ve ever played it’s fast nimble decent gun 100% recommend the medium

A timely video for me. Also grinding the Swedish TDs. The wedge TDs are VERY inflexible, often frustrating, once in awhile God-like.
19:22 no. Tier 10 has the most reliable angled armor imo. When I play the IX the capola is a big weak spot like the FOCH. Whenever you get the udes 03 try your best to stay hidden and fast like the scorpion or E25.
Do not use optics if you have around 450m view range. Imo Eclipse should drop the optics on the Emil and go for turbo. These tanks are ridge line warriors, not light tanks
Udes is better then both strv IX or X i dont know why they fixed the gun to the hull. The Emil II and Kranvagn are very nice. Overall the sweedish lines are very good in my opinion
They made them that way as it is functional for them with the way the hydropneumatic suspension operates and it makes for a more stable gun platform, thereby increasing the accuracy.
1. I don't think you gave the Leo or UDES 14 Alt 5 enough credit. WoTC is in a state where either exceptional DPM or exceptional alpha are meta, and both of those tanks get some of the highest alpha at their tiers. There's a reason the UDES 16 starts with the Alt 5's 105mm rather than the 90mm. 2. While I haven't played the Emil I or II since 6.0 hit, I'm still of the opinion that the Emil I was the best heavy in the line while the II was the worst, all due to the gun handling soft stats. The Emil I looked pretty meh on paper but was fantastic in practice and the Emil II was the exact opposite, constantly missing the first shell of the clip and having the dispersion bloom massively if the tank moved or turret turned. If the Emil II has anywhere near the gun handling that the Kranvagn feels like it has today (not that the Kran feels amazingly snappy even post-6.0, but I digress) then maybe that's not the case anymore. 3. The UDES 03 is an autopen at any angle for anything larger than a 60mm gun, there's only a couple of tanks at tiers VII and VI that don't have 61mm or larger guns, and it faces Xs.
btw uh,yes the kran in here also got better accuracy than emil 2,tho after the nerf both became meh just troll,but atleast kranvagn hit more shot rather tahn emil 2 just... aint hitting any...

You totally sold the tier 8 td wrong. The premium tier 8 has some armour allowing ricochets. The tech tree will be overmatched by literally every gun that it will see at tier 8.
In my opinion the Kranvagn/ Krankenvagn (Germans will understand the name) is a bit to weak if u compare it with other Tanks like a T57 Heavy or 50B, don't get me wrong I really like the tank but the Gun of it is not really good in my opinion.
I think there is no swedish tank thats bad some are better then others but every tank is playable the only tank i didnt like at all was the leo all of the otherones are decent to good and some are extremely good

20:38 the size makes it hard to hit . 500+ battles and I can tell you the udes 03 doesn't have armor even when angled,and top tier.
