The Perfect Meatloaf Made with Red Lobster Biscuits

Meatloaf
2 1/2 lbs ground chuck
3/4 cup crushed Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits
1 cup V-8 Original Vegetable Juice
1 egg, beaten
3/4 onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cloves of garlic, minced
ketchup
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Put in loaf pan. Put ketchup on top to completely cover it. Bake for 2 hours or until done. Check on meatloaf and pour of grease and save it to make gravy.
