Missed the whole point of this story.
"Commit thy works unto the Lord, and thy thoughts shall be established," (Proverbs 16:3).
Many people struggle with commitment which keeps them from ever being established in relationships, character, business, ministry, and in integrity.
"Commit" is defined as: Carry out, do, perform, perpetrate, engage in, enact, execute, effect, accomplish; be responsible for.. Entrust, trust, commend, deliver, give over, hand over, turn over, relinquish... Pledge, devote, dedicate.
Strong's defines "commit" as: to roll.
Are you still too dependent upon your works and your performance, that you have not committed them to the Lord? Until you get to the place of committing everything over to God, He can't establish the way you think. There has to be a complete surrender and a commitment to give Him everything. The work we do, the good deeds, achievements, labor, and even talents we have.
"Commit thy way unto the Lord; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass," (Psalm 37:5).
When we commit what we are and who we are to the Lord, He establishes our thoughts and brings things to pass! Keep your heart fixed on Jesus and your mind set on Him!! When you do, you shall find flawless victory, peace, and joy..!" ~David E. Taylor~

Many "Christians" are becoming unstable and unsure. They are being tossed to and fro, by the voices they are giving greater place to, rather than hearing and believing the voice of God.. Some are being blinded to the spirit of God because of what they can see in the natural and deaf to what God is saying because of what the voice of this world is saying.

Satan is subtle and cunning, he will use things that seem "godly" to distract you from GOD..!

The Lord never intended for you to live this life alone, and before you were even born, He already predestined your victory! God desires a beautiful, intimate, and constant relationship with you.. but He is humble and meek, and He gives you and I the opportunity to choose Him.
At whatever level you seek to find the Lord, you will receive Him in that capacity. Friends, I pray that a hunger for intimacy with God, like you have never had, falls upon you as you read this post today and that you find the depths and dimension of who He really is and who you are in Him.
'Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God,' (Hebrews 12:2).

"What Are You Doing? And... Who Are You Doing it For?
'Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God,'
(1 Corinthians 10:31).
Have you gotten good at doing things for the response you will receive from people before you consider if it gives God glory? Sadly, there has been such a push, not just in the world but in the church to do things that get the people's attention and applause, but does God get the glory?
God made a Way through Jesus for us to be victorious in all things, but that takes us surrendering and staying on the Potter's wheel. Apart from Him we can do nothing. Oftentimes, we accept salvation without considering.. to the full extent.. what Jesus truly did for us and what receiving Him in our hearts does to our identity and our destiny!
The scriptures declare that it is only through Christ that we have salvation, it is through Christ we can do all things.. be more than conquerors, be healed, be victorious, be wise, become all that we were created to be, be delivered, set free, come out of darkness and into His marvelous light, live, move, and have our being... So, why wouldn't we give Him all the glory in all that we do??
'The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly,' (John 10:10).
The devil is a thief and a master deceiver.. coming only to kill, steal, and destroy. If he can get you to do all that you do to receive your own glory and to puff you up in pride.. he knows he can destroy your divine destiny. What good is it to gain the world, man's approval and applause, and then lose your soul??
My prayer for you today is that you will come to the revelation and understanding, through the power of the Holy Spirit, what it means to really be pleasing and do all that you do unto the glory of God, as you become more grateful and appreciative of what the depths and dimensions of SALVATION really are.. Every day we have the opportunity to let the little things rob us of our peace, joy, strength, patience, and ultimately our love. This can happen when you can't find your keys, spill your coffee, the baby won't stop crying, the line in the grocery store is standing still, or any other obstacle that comes your way in a given day.. All of these things can get you frustrated and cause you to give in to your unfortunate circumstances and lose your control or... you can remember that God is in control!
When you surrender all to Him, that includes all the little interruptions that can become irritating if you do not remember that God is in control and He is doing something within you! He is developing your character, faith, patience, and heart! Don't let the little things spoil any of your days.. Relinquish your need to control to the ONE who is in control and is perfecting all that concerns you..!"

You do not need a firearm on you at all times! Sorry but no. You can own a taser, a knife, pepper spray, but a gun no sorry look at the state of the US righ now with shooting every other week. These dont happen in canada because we dont own guns unless for hunting. as a woman you need to know self defence and how to use a defense weapon

Guns are a TOOL......there are stabbing deaths, vehicle deaths and....deaths by airplane like 9/11.......guns have been around for a very long time. We have a MORALITY problem, not a gun problem.

God teaches everyone about the Kingdom, but He seals the revelation in parables from those that do not have the right heart, so they do not understand what He is saying. They have eyes, but can’t see.. their hearts make them blind to God.

Jesus does not waste His time with hardhearted people. He does not give mysteries or cast pearls before arrogant and religious people, who will turn around and fight Him, like the religious leaders did during His earthly ministry.
“Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you,” (Matthew 7:6).
I was always shocked when people that I taught and ministered to for years, would suddenly betray and walk away, until the day the Lord revealed to me that their hearts were hardened from the beginning. Hardhearted people always question the process.. “I just don’t understand this...” “I’m struggling with that...” “I need to repent for attacking you in this area..” These people betray when personal correction takes place. I saw this happen with a young man who followed my ministry for 3 years. He despised the process that God was taking him through, betrayed, and lost everything that God blessed him with, through my life and ministry.
It is very sad to see people who are too arrogant to see the condition and perception of the evil in their heart. Religion can’t circumcise your heart, in fact, many times it adds to its hardness. Fully surrendering your heart to God is the only way for Him to circumcise it!! We must diligently work on our hearts, otherwise, we forfeit our faith and break rank with the Lord..!” ~David E. “You can appear to be Successful and not be Obedient, but you can’t be genuinely Obedient and not be Successful!!

Many are deceived by “success.” There is such a drive and a push for people to do things that make them appear successful before men, even if that means they are not obedient to God. It doesn’t just deceive the people around the seemingly successful person, it deceives the person who believes they are successful, without complete obedience.
In this age, if people don’t see immediate success, it is common for them to quit abruptly or change their course. These traits are not that of a genuinely obedient person. Obedient people stay where God plants them.. they become rooted and grounded in love.. and they bear much fruit for the kingdom and for the harvest!
‘Those that be planted in the house of the Lord shall flourish in the courts of our God.
They shall still bring forth fruit in old age; they shall be fat and flourishing,’ (Psalm 92:13-14).
My prayer for you today is that you do not choose to bypass the process of obedience to have an appearance of success, but that you endure and obey the process for your purpose in love, and receive the promises of God both here and for all of eternity..!!” ~David E. Taylor~
“It wasn’t faith alone... that caused Peter to walk on water... It was his love for Jesus and deep desire to be near Him. This hunger within Peter could only be satisfied by Jesus and it invoked his faith to step out of the boat and move closer to Jesus. The other apostles did not have this same depth of love!

Hmmm....I have slightly mixed feelings about this testimony because she hasn't fully healed, so she hasn't gone far enough in her Surrender and Faith process. Her voice and body language shows a person still recovering. Yes, that is fantastic that she came this far, but I've seen people go through even worse stuff and after being touched by the healing Love and Grace of Jesus, they radiate peace and Light and this woman doesn't.
Yes, I give her credit for her improvement, but God can do more if she'll Surrender and believe more. I think she is probably mixing too much psychology with Bible and that puts you back in the natural mind.
Completely humbly surrender and truly believe and God will make you 100 percent whole✨✨

I absolutely love hearing stories about how Jesus saves. I also want to add that many people may not know but besides pornography being wrong to watch it also feeds human trafficking. So many videos you watch are rape sadly. Praying more people see this truth and puts and end to it.

There’s a danger in letting religion destroy your salvation in Christ. The vain traditions of religious men and their lack of balance in beliefs and teachings does not match the heart of Jesus, and causes them to lose their salvation in Christ just like it did to the Jews in Jesus’ time!
“Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ,” (Colossians 2:8).
Remember, religion and theology teach you RULES without teaching you THE HEART of the Lord!! This is why many of them lost their salvation with CHRIST as Jesus warned them.. He said, “The publicans and sinners enter into the Kingdom of God before you do!!
“Whether of them twain did the will of his father? They say unto him, The first. Jesus saith unto them, Verily I say unto you, That the publicans and the harlots go into the kingdom of God before you,” (Matthew 21:31)
Jesus also told Jews devoted to the temple and to the study of God’s Word the Torah (many theologians in our day) You do err not knowing the scriptures nor the power of God!!
“Jesus answered and said unto them, Ye do err, not knowing the scriptures, nor the power of God,” (Matthew 22:29).
This group can’t reconcile God’s power with the scriptures. They pride themselves on knowing the Word but they don’t know, experience, or even believe in the power of God today!! Therefore, JESUS says they err!! This is how many are erroring!! By following a group of people like many theologians who don’t know the power of God!! Jesus said to these groups of seemingly “good religious devout” people in his Father’s temple or house, How can you not escape the damnation of Hell..?!!
“Ye serpents, ye generation of vipers, how can ye escape the damnation of hell?” (Matthew 23:33)
You must be balanced with the Word of God by the power of God and by experience also!! You must know the rules or laws of God with a balance of knowing the heart of God and His love. We are not those who practice lawlessness but we are those who embrace ALL OF CHRIST… And I do mean all… even the HOLY SPIRIT.
“But I will come to you shortly, if the Lord will, and will know, not the speech of them which are puffed up, but the power. For the kingdom of God is not in word, but in power,” (1 Corinthians 4:19-20).
