I'm in or, it's perfect. You have a great way of talking us threw exactly what your doing whilst showing us which is so so helpful. This tutorial was so helpful, and I can go back and watch it over and over again. Thanks Tracey. Xx😊😊😊
Anticipation is killing me. What is the final cake going to be? Square cake always scare me a little but you made it look so easy. I'm going to have to get a profroster. To bad you didn't get yours on the market first. Thank you for sharing and keep on caking 💜
How do you keep the place so tidy when you trim the cake? You should see the mess when I trim cakes - crumbs and buttercream everywhere🤣. I love my profroster - the more I use it the more I love it. But not has taken some practice. Thank you for the foam core tip ❤️ Thank you for this tutorial xx
I'm making a 12x12x12 cube with a 5" tall dummy cake at the bottom (thus, using 7" height of actual cake). I baked my cakes to 12x12 and purchased a 12x12x5 dummy... I also have 12.25 (or 12.5 can't remember) square acrylic discs... Seeing that your cake was actually smaller than the 6x6 made me think about my process. Would you recommend that I cut down my cakes a bit so they are not the full 12x12 width? THANKS!! I would very much appreciate any of your advice. The cake will be ganached and then covered with panels of edible image on thin fondant (panels).
Does anyone know if there’s a left hand friendlier version. Because it’s in the other hand it faces the other way so there’s a lip on the top arm and all the gathered chocolate goes into the holes and rivets which makes it more difficult to scrape and keep clean when working?
I totally agree, I have one myself and wouldn't be without it.
Great aren't they!

Such perfection and I’ve just had to do 2 square cakes and bought drums. Should have used the foam core 🤦🏽♀️
To be honest I bet drums worked just as well...and no cutting needed! haha x
Great video! I hate corners, I avoid them at all costs. 😀
hahaha they can be a pain can't they!
