I Just ordered the Yeedi mop station for $600, going to use it for mopping only. I was hoping for a mopping only self cleaning robot, but I don't think that's going to happen anytime soon.
The best camera based robot I have seen by far is the Trifo Lucy Pet edition that I got a couple of weeks ago. I don't have any pets but the pet version has more power. I think you said you had problems with that bot, mine works great and the app is at least useable with speech. There are some unlabeled buttons, I sent them an email about that and they actually responded and said they will work on fixing that. I'm not sure if Lucy also has lidar or just cameras but it navigates and cleans much more like a lidar bot than the Roombas. The roomba definitely does not navigate as efficiently in my opinion. It also comes with an attachment that you can use for hard floors that will clean with straight suction instead of a spinning brush. I'm looking at a couple other bots, the 360 s10 sounds like a really nice one, I really would love to have one of the Ecovacs deebot X1 models but I just don't know if I can justify that high price, even just the plus version which only has the self empty bin is $1100, I wish they made a version without the self empty bin the way Roborock lets you choose what dock you want with their S7 Max V which I still say is one of the best bots available.
@@MrRoombato So far my Lucy pet edition bot is working great, they have done some firmware updates so you might give it another try. I'm also really impressed with the Eufy robovac X8, if you're looking for any new bots I would definitely suggest that one. I think I am going to get the 360 S10, it has the Lidar in the front similar to the Neabot Q11. I've installed the app and it seems accessible with Voiceover, at least as far as creating the account. If you look at reviews, Roborock does seem to do better than Ecovacs. I think Irobot is really falling behind in a lot of ways. They might have been the first affordable robot vacuum but I think companies like Roborock, Ecovacs and others have passed them as far as technology and performance. And the Roomba was not the first robot to offer an auto empty base, Karcher had a bot called the Robocleaner back in 2004 that did that. I have the Roomba J7 which is their newest bot, it's ok but I definitely will not be getting any more Roomba bots unless Irobot does something major. The cleaning power on the J7 compared to other brands is very low, I'm not sure why they didn't stick with the vacuum motor that the S9 had, that was really good, and the navigation is not as good. I have yet to see a single review that says a camera based Roomba was faster and more efficient than a Lidar bot. I've also heard that Irobot has no plans to switch to Lidar, they are sticking with the camera system they already have. The battery in the Roomba J7 is also a joke, it's 2300 MAH I think. Roborock has bots that are cheaper and they include a 5200 MAH battery. I see lots of reviews from those who switched from a Roomba to a Roborock and they think the Roborock is much better. I don't know if Irobot thinks they can just rely on the fact that the Roomba brand is so well known but I don't think that's going to work.
That cleaning pattern was very weird - it was actually funny to watch!

Yes, mine couldn't navigate well enough to clean my house. Maybe I'll try it again once I'm done with all of this Roborock/Ecovacs nonsense.
