Jade was great at explaining everything when we visited last October so my wife could try out the tricycle and now it has arrived, it turns out she also makes a great instructional video for the build! Really easy to follow - all done in no time. Thank you.

I would have been completely lost without these video instructions (the booklet instructions that come with the bike aren’t clear enough at all!).
The lady (Jade?) is absolutely brilliant in explaining things clearly, simply and concisely. Top marks.
Shame she doesn’t come with the bike to put it all together.

Excellent video. Considering a purchase of a Jorvik trike and was a little concerned about the final assembly. The instructions are so clear that even I am pretty confident i could put it all together! We’ll done!!!!

I struggled for over an hour to get the front wheel to slide into position in the front forks. This turned out to be because there was a black plastic spacer in the disk brake that was there to protect he brake during delivery. This plastic piece just pulled out and then assembly was easy. This was not mentioned in the video or instructions! Everything else was straightforward.

Just a curiosity are you using a new form of rear fender for your jet e tricycle my rear fenders have a bars on them rather than two top screw holes?

which country makes and sells these, who can service them?

Jorvik is based in York, U.K.
I live in Lincolnshire and they even export here across the Humber!
I've had one (not this model) for about six years which I bought when a back injury partially paralysed my lower left leg so, although I could still ride my bike, when I stopped I fell over which is undignified to say the least.
As for servicing, I do basic myself but for bigger stuff like derailleur gear cassette replacement etc. local bike shops can do it. Being a rural area we even have travelling bike repairers. The only potential problem with maintenance is that it is heavier than a bike so I use home made axle stands to test gears etc.
Hope that helps. I am sure Jorvik would help if you asked them.

Great video thanks! Wish I’d spotted it earlier.. before trying to follow a more recent Jorvik video.. no verbal explanation just weird ‘soft porn musak’ soundtrack..🫢. completely useless really 😕 and comments switched off.. 🤔 I wonder why…😂
