It's not ignoring it's the sole responsibility of the HR to hire the best candidate and if you're not the best for them you cannot get selected. Best is just not limited to knowledge but the hunger in the candidate as well . There are various aspects in shortlisting/ selecting a candidate like behaviour, mentality, personality, team player or not etc .
So, if ever you're not selected then strive to improve or evolve yourself instead of blaming HR's coz blaming won't get you anywhere but building yourself will take you places you never thought of .
