I have a small feedback for you , you always mention dimensions as 10.5 for 10'5" ...
'point(.)' can be used only when ur using same unit..Ex; there is lot of difference between 10.5'(10 feet & 6 inches) and 10' 5"(10 feet &5 inches)..so pls avoid using 'point(.) while if ur referring unit is only feet...hope you will take it positively...

I was watching your videos since long back, now it’s time for me.
Basic Requirements:
#Plan1:
1. Ground floor 1shop with one room and 1 bath room.
2. Need spacious and gardening in ground floor
3. First floor need plan with proper ventilation if possible along with interior
3. Open kitchen must and should
#Plan2:
1. Only Ground floor infront of house and besides with proper ventilation and nice gardening (if possible with interior)
2. Terrace need two rooms (remember! In future if we construct first, it should be join with these two rooms.
3. Open kitchen must and should
Expecting a very good plan for both, once I/we got satisfied after looking into your plans will decide which one need to take up..
Note: Need estimation cost!!!
