What a truly beautiful design (and music)! I’m from the UK and have no links with India but just came across this when trying to visualise what this size of house looks like for a US friend wanting advice about whether to upsize. I would love to have a house that looks like this although I can imagine it would work even better in a hot country like India especially with the beautiful roof terrace.

On the main floor, the person in bedroom #1 has to go through the living-room and dinning to access the bathroom.
On the power floor, I see the same problem. You have to go through the bedrooms to access the bathrooms. Maybe position the bathrooms to be in between the the bedrooms for easy access.
