No. The 76ers don’t need anything but to rebuild this roster and start over. There is absolutely nothing this core is going to do to win a championship with Embiid on this roster.
@@hansG1947I understand that. They can’t add any real value in the trade market unless they attach a 1st round pick to the trade. Which THEY SHOULD NOT. No matter who is coming back in a trade for this team, they aren’t championship caliber. I said it since day one. Injuries, lack of chemistry, not enough fusion of young and vets, and they still struggle with two playing styles because Embiid is always in and out of the lineup. They have no true identity. With that being said, they should just play this season as it is and in the offseason trade Embiid ASAP and get whatever you can get and if you can unload PG, do it or keep him if you can’t. But this team isn’t winning a championship with Embiid as the go to guy. It’s not happening.
If they can move guys like Caleb, KJ, Gordon, Oubre and minimal picks for younger upside shots like Keon and Stewart I think that would be good. Not necessarily trying to win this year anymore but those guys will be better fits for the future and still provide an immediate impact today.
Santi aldama is the main target for me. Having 3 max contracts you have limited cap space and want guys with BIRD rights to exceed that. Not to mention he's an RFA so the 76ers can just match. Plays the 4/5 so he can start alongside Embiid and swap to the 5 while yabu comes in. Good young players with with BIRD rights who fit team needs should be targets for the 76ers since the big 3 will take up much of the cap space
Stewart would be the starting four easily. Sixers should also keep Yabusele also because they need all the size and rebounding possible. Stewart isn't even 6-8, he is a strong 6-7. But he can play.
I love you my guy but Stewart isn't the answer. Selling and cashing out this season is the answer and if this front office does anything else at this point its malpractice.

@@ike.o6944 They can't rebuild right now as Embiid can't be traded till next season
