As someone who learned English in Scotland, i feel insulted on their behalf.. aLSO different ingredients/ translations but it looks like you're using corn starch (which makes sense), not flour, which doesn't and isn't available in many countries. Then again your "pudding" looks disgustingly American, even without gelatine..
